Location was great to catch the ferry over to Rottnest as well take the train into Perth for the day. very central and close to many restaurants, etc.

Loved the spacious room and the style of the whole place. It's a pub hotel but the room was very quiet. Comfortable bed and nice coffee.

There's a reason we keep coming back here. If you're into old buildings, a wide variety of people, and meeting Freo's weirdos who try to get into the hostel, this place is for you! Maybe you want to play pool, swim, or get drunk with interesting people, maybe you want to bar crawl and need a decent place to drink until 4am after, maybe you just want to relax away from it all, this place has everything. It might seem like I'm being paid to say this (hint hint guys) but there's nowhere else we'd rather stay, and we drive 4 hours each weekend just to come here and experience the best of Freo. See you tomorrow (again!)

I could write a long list of everything that we liked. If I could give more stars I would give 11/10 The residence was clean, amenities was exceptional, everything I needed was there. All staff was friendly and caring and nothing was a problem if you needed anything at anytime. House keeping were lovely & caring and do an amazing job. I was overly impressed from booking in to checking out. I enjoyed my stay (20 nights) and look forward to checking in here again without hesitation in the future. I would highly recommend Nautica Residences to all my friends. I was highly impressed and loved every moment of my stay here.
