House was great! Close to everything, beds were all comfy and the house was very quiet at night. The house has 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms. Ground entry level has 1 Queen bedroom with ensuite toilet and shower (which can easily fit portacot) and a large lounge/ kids play area with plenty of seating to watch the kids play with the generously supplied amount of toys. Upstairs there is laundry and 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms have a single bunk and a double bunk in them, they share main bathroom with over-bath shower and seperate toilet, 1 Queen bedroom with small shower and toilet ensuite. Up another set of stairs is open Kitchen with large dining table and plenty of chairs enough for 12 of us and lounge room with 4 couches and TV

Breathtaking Ocean View & short walk to the beach, Pets Welcome FREE WIFI, que cuenta con vistas al mar, dispone de alojamiento con terraza y balcón a unos 8,7 km de Phillip Island Wildlife Park. The views of the ocean were a real sight to behold. It was only a short walk to the beach which was full of interesting treasures. We all really enjoyed using the gas BBQ and the living space on the top floor. The kitchen was very well equipped too.

The house was decorated beautifully and had all the facilities like a full-fledged kitchen, fridge, utensils, gas hob, Oven, Microwave, Washing machine, dryer, reverse AC in the Hall and tower fans in the bedrooms. Verandah at both the front and back of the house. Free Netflix account to watch movies. As a bonus, the Owner offered free WIFI also.

The house is very spacious with heaps of space for relaxing both inside and out. Main bedroom is upstairs with the others down, for a little separation from the 6yr old who followed us. 10min walk to the boat ramp, pulling a kayak and 6yr old. 5min if just you. 2min drive to the main strip of Cowes, so close enough but far enough to not hear anything at night. Definitely walking distance after a few pints if that’s your jam.
