The pool is meticulously maintained, adding to the overall pristine ambiance. The villas are simply stunning, with everything appearing brand new and immaculately kept. Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable, and we extend our gratitude to the hotel staff. Due to some reviews citing noise disturbances, our experience over two and a half weeks was tranquil, with no disruptive sounds from neighboring villas. Despite our late arrival at around midnight, we were warmly welcomed at the reception and smoothly escorted to our villa. The check-in process was efficient, and payment was handled without any rush the next day. Overall, a seamless and hospitable experience.

Absolutely loved our stay at "The Royal Santrian"! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The bespoke welcome, attention to detail in the villa was remarkable – plush amenities, breathtaking views, and a level of cleanliness that exceeded our expectations. The manager Restu and the staff (especially Resdi) went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, the professional SPA was amazing and the dining experience was a delight with a wide array of exquisite dishes. Wow !! is all I can say , Absolutely loved my stay at this Villa, which was value for money, its a very spacious, private, clean villa and had everything I needed. Great to get away from the crazy traffic of Seminyak and Caangu and with the safer, wider, well maintained roads of Nusa Dua, I had a motorbike delivered to the courtyard and was able to shop and dine out with no hassle. The private beach only 4 minutes away is secluded and special and the new highway connecting Ulluwatu was a pleasure to drive and explore the spectacular white sand beaches along the way. Canna Beach club is 3 minutes away on the motorcycle with an awesome view and fantastic food. Wonderful choice of restaurants and beach dining and most of the Spas did free driver pick up and drop off service. Would highly recommend this Villa and Property Manager was responsive and helpful. The pool is amazing nice and warm and looks great at night, having the option to be inside or out for eating or relaxing is great as well, I highly recommend this Villa

If I could rate this place a 15 out of 10, I would; it is unbelievable! I recently made a trip to Bali with my soon to be wife and her sister, and we stayed at over 6 different places, and this was by far the nicest place. It's absolutely HUGE, very clean, has all the luxury amenities, and the staff members were super friendly and nice. They also respected our privacy but were there for us when we needed. Unfortunately, because of my flight schedule, we only got to stay one night (barley 13 hours total) at the place. It was so amazing, however, that I am making it a point to make sure that this where I am going to stay should I ever come back to Bali! I would rate this a 15/10 if I could!!!!!! =)

This beautiful property is worth every penny. Booked for 6 nights and decided to stay and extra 2. Wayan the care taker lives directly behind the villa. She is very welcoming, and although we didn't require much throughout our stay here Wayan was super helpful with any questions or requests we had. Aircon in all 3 bedrooms worked perfectly and the wifi worked immaculately, there is an outside toilet & shower for the pool. This is a self contained villa. There is a fully functional gas stove, full size fridge and other kitchen amenities. If you're not one to cook for yourself and up for the taste of local food instead, there are plenty of warungs a few minutes walk from the property and the main strip for markets, days spa's, super markets, coco marts, restaurants and main beach are all within walking distance. The villa is located in a very quiet area so you need not worry about the noise from local traffic. We did read reviews saying the property can be tricky to find however as a tip (once you turn onto Jalan Setra Ganda Mayu) follow this street until you come to a dead end and the villa (orangish in colour at the front) is the very last property ( there are black entry gates at the front big enough for car/taxi to drive through).
