The villa is located in a beautiful and quitet rural area just outside of Alexandroupoli, some 3 minutes drive from the main road, in a landscape of olive gardens facing the sea and Samothraki Island. The yard itself is basically a small olive garden. We had space inside the yard to park our large SUV with roof box. The villa itself is very nice and cosy. You walk in through the upstairs from the beautiful terrace with a view, into a nicely appointed open space living/ dining/ kitchen with a full functioning kitchen (including fridge+ freezer, double sink, electric oven, induction stove, and even a dish washing machine!). The living/ dining room part has couches, chairs and a table, a TV and even an old school game consol which provided great entertainment one night. The bedrooms, one small (two single beds) and one large (one large double bed and one single bed) were basic, but clean and comfy. Everything was in good taste as well. The WiFi was very good. Both levels have fully appointed bathrooms that were very clean. Showers worked perfectly. There terrace with a view has a table and chairs. There is a charcoal grill outside, which was perfect for celebrating my Birthday during our stay. Overall, I loved the place, and so did my friends. Highly recommended for a family/ group of 4-5 that like a quiet, comfy and practical accommodation in a beautiful landscape, but also close to the sea and the city.

The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. All rooms had air conditioning. All needs were thought of at home. The house is located very close to the beaches. we parked our car in front of the house and never had any parking problems. the staff were kind and caring thank you very much for everything

If you travel with your car, location is pretty accessible. Dimitris is very responsible, whenever i text him, he get back in few minutes. Also he left us some little suprises. We feel like home. House is neat and clean also have very big garden. We even made a bbq. :) Thanks again Dimitris :)

Location is amazing. You are basically 10 meters from the beach. 3 minutes by car from Lidl, 10 minutes to the center of Alexandropuli - cafes, great sea shore, amazing sunsets. That, if you don't want to see it from your own beach :) We spent a week there and have seen may be 10 other people on the beach. Perfect for get away. The yard is big, with old olive trees and a lot of place to play with kids. You also have a nice terasse and BBQ facilities. If you never tried a stake made on olive wood - you definitely have to. Tha house has its history. It's interesting to look at furniture and accessories. The host is nice and want to do everything to keep you happy. Thanks, Vana
