I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Finnish House near the forest, and I must say it was an absolute delight. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the serene beauty of the surroundings. The house itself exudes warmth and coziness, with its traditional Finnish design and thoughtful interior decor. The rooms are immaculate, and the beds are incredibly comfortable - ensuring a restful night's sleep. What truly sets this guesthouse apart is its proximity to the forest. The mornings were filled with the sweet melodies of birdsong, and the crisp scent of pine needles permeated the air. Exploring the nearby trails was a true highlight, offering a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their local insights and recommendations added an extra layer of authenticity to my experience. I also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, allowing for home-cooked meals amidst the natural beauty that surrounded us. The villa is at a perfect location and you can just sit, relax and enjoy beautiful views from the terrace or jacuzzi. We used the row boat to discover small uninhabitated islands. There were so many blueberries and cranberries just next to the villa. Edible mushrooms were also everywhere.
