Guests are offered an on-site spa and wellness center for massages, facials, and salon services at Four Season Resort Maui at Wailea. Tennis courts and tennis rackets are available to guests. Pampered. We felt so pampered during our stay, everything and anything we asked for was provided to us. The room was luxuriously comfortable, the hotel facilities were amazing. I could just go on. There was a slight hiccup - I requested for floral decoration in the room as we got married that day and I wanted to surprise my wife. This was supposed to be done while we were out having our ceremony, however to my horror, the room was not made by the time we got back, and the petals were arranged on an unmade bed. In fact we walked in together with the maid who was doing our room. Talk about awkward. Anyways, guest services did an amazing service recovery. We had a reservation at Ferraro's that evening - they arranged the best table for us (in my opinion) and treated us to a bottle of wine and an antipasti. This was completely unexpected, and they went above and beyond, I want to recognise the team for that.

Spa wellness packages are available to guests. The swimming pool was nice. It was nice that it was close to Poipu Beach. The staff were also friendly.

Free WiFI is available throughout the property. We loved staying at this hotel and we highly recommend staying here for a vacation in Honolulu-Waikiki area! We did mention during the reservation that we are celebrating a big birthday, and we were pleasantly surprised to find in our room a complimentary bottle of champagne and a selection of fresh fruit. The room was beautiful, very spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view over the ocean (Ocean Front), which was perfect for enjoying the sunrise and sunset. During our stay, we were out exploring the island but after our arrival back to the hotel, while we were relaxing at our lanai (balcony), we managed to catch a glimpse of the evening show featuring a former Miss Hawaii. The hotel location is perfect - it is literally on the beach (tiny one by the hotel but a pleasant walk to the main beach) and within a short walking distance from the shopping area, yet the hotel is quiet. The breakfast buffet was generous, with lots of delicacies and amazing fresh fruit, we enjoyed sitting outside under the palm trees. The staff goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable. Thank you for making our short stay so memorable!

We were upgraded to a master ocean view suite, which was spectacular. The view and sounds of the ocean were the backdrop to our deeply relaxing and inspiring stay. The location is easily the most beautiful on the island. The swimming beach was fantastic and my husband was pleased to be able to snorkel right on the property every day. The breakfast and different options for food were plentiful, healthy and delicious. And the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, special and comfortable. We also enjoyed the complimentary yoga and sound bath sessions and I enjoyed a world class facial with the excellent Cindy at the spa. We loved the whole experience and will be back!
