A buffet, continental or Italian breakfast is available every morning at the property. All rooms have a view of the lake and of the town of Riva del Garda and the view was wonderful. We had a balcony that was nice for the morning coffee and the afternoon drink. The breakfast was also great. There was a lot to choose from and the setting of the breakfast area was superbe with inside and outside tables looking out at the lake. There is also free underground parking and an elevator that takes care of the lifting of your luggage. The pool area looked lovely. Unfortunately, we didn't get the chance to use it. We really really loved the place and will definitely go back.

This 5-star, hotel offers a 24-hour front desk, an all-year rooftop pool and a sun terrace area. A permanent herbal garden is also available. The hotel has an amazing design, rooms are spacious, there is always a place around the pools. But most importantly the service kept on surprising us and it was one of the best that we have seen - especially for dinner (we had Matteo and it was really outstanding and exceptional service). We will definitely come back here.

It was amazing in every single detail! bathroom: spacious, very clean, the shower products were chosen with care bed: very comfortable, like sleeping on clouds Breakfast: awesome!!!! Not only was there a huge variety of freshly baked things, but also there was an ala carte menu!!! And the extras: nespresso coffee machine in the room, with capsules, and delicious cookies all for free as long as everything in the minibar.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms (at least on the 3rd floor) are quiet and private. We rented a room with a jacuzzi on the balcany, which was the best idea ever for seven days of a skiing ⛷️ holiday. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Souze D'Oulx.

The wellness centre includes Finnish and Spruce Saunas, a Turkish bath, and infrared cabin. We have been in winter time. It was very good choice. Family climat, comfortable and warm room, ski depot, enough parking space for cars, very close ski bus station. Personel very, very helpful. Next time in Kronplatz - only in KRONPLATZER HOF.
