The best hotel in Vietnam. The most communicative, helpful and friendly staff. You feel like at home. Any issues (in general there is no issue with this awesome hotel) can be addressed by Ja Cosmo team immediately and effectively. Especially Brian is the key player. He can be helpful in all matters. Michael is amazing guy. They are professionals. I recommend to take tour by Ja Cosmo as well. Worth every penny. My next stay in Ha Noi is gonna be at Ja Cosmo surely.

Good location, comfortable hotel and amazing staff. The manager Lana was always very accessible and responsive via Whatsapp and helped us plan our trip. Lana and the other hotel staff takes customer service at heart and treat you as a valuable guest. Good variety at breakfast which starts as from 6.30am, so very practical when leaving for early morning tours. You cannot go wrong with this boutique hotel with personalised service.

Booked a colonial premium double room w/street view. Hotel’s in an excelent location, walking distance to everywhere. Lovely lobby decor, you get a wonderful welcome drink, a cold hand towel & dried apricots snack while you check in. Bed was super comfy. Room had a lovely welcome fruit basket w/ 2 complimentary water bottles, kettle, coffee & tea. Delicious breakfast w/large variety. Very friendly, smiling, helpful staff at reception. Beautiful tote bag given at check out which was a lovely surprise & a beautiful, considerate gesture. Reception staff also offered to get me a packaged breakfast since I was checking out before breakfast time which was really considerate as well. Would have really loved to stay another night. Hotel is just 5-6 months old & im so happy I got to stay there!
