This is an outstanding hotel, the website does not do it justice! Brilliant scenic location and the staff were, without exception, amazing, efficient and friendly! They helped us resolve several problems with our onwards bookings for our hotel in Treviso and looked after us superbly. A relaxed 5 star experience and excellent value for money! The food was really excellent, especially good value as it was 5 star restaurant quality on the half board package. The spa is a standout feature with panoramic views from the swimming pool. Absolutely loved our stay, and the hospitality from Michil, his family, and the entire team was a huge component of this. They go the extra mile to ‘surprise and delight’ guests. Our first evening we were invited to join Michil and his wife for wine and apps which was such an unexpected treat. Rooms were thoughtfully done, great outdoor sitting space, lovely sauna facilities and lots of options for drinks and dining. But Michil is the star, taking the time to connect with guests, offer hiking suggestions and generally just check-in and say hello. I would highly recommend and already thinking of how I can return!
