The hotel is like a little oasis. Surrounding the pool, there is an abundance of greenery and fish ponds with big koi fish, which gives the whole place a feeling of being in an oasis. The hotel doesn't have too many rooms, making it small and cozy. We stayed in the villa with a private pool and enjoyed both the private pool and the common one. The staff and food was amazing. We also enjoyed a very good deep tissue massage in the hotel spa.

spacious rooms, daily yoga, nice toiletries provided by resort, spa, nature around the resort, pools. There were many great food options to pick from, the after noon snack was also really nice. Attentive and pleasant staff.

The location of the hotel along a very pretty side street meant that it was very quiet and gave you the sense of being in the middle of nowhere rather than in the heart of what has become a very popular tourist destination. From the reception area, to the rooms, the verandas, the pools and yoga area and the hotel restaurant, everything has been designed with guest comfort and guest experience in mind. This was a return visit, having stayed two weeks beforehand between a visit to Pemuteran, and we were treated so kindly on our return with a personalised bottle of wine waiting for us in our room, which had been upgraded to pool view as my elderly mother had struggled with the stairs leading down the garden view room we had stayed in at the beginning of our visit to Bali. We have been to Bali many times over the past twenty years and this has to be one of the best places we have stayed considering how affordable it was. The staff are to be commended. They are all seem very well trained not only in their own roles, but give a sense of being aware of the importance of guest relations. The restaurant menu is incredibly varied and healthy and room service is available. Unfortunately we didn’t get the chance to try the spa, but the spa menu looked incredible. Even our driver to the airport made the last 90 minutes of our time in Bali interesting with his lovely chit-chat and insights into how Bali is evolving. We would definitely stays here time and time again.

The view of the pool was amazing. The room was very big with a nice view on trees. The staff was amazing and organised even a drive to several viewing points. What we really liked was the situation, you can easily walk to the monkey forest or to the shops

Locatia este extraordinara! Foarte bine gandita asezarea caselor si a restaurantului. Nu pot exprima in cuvinte ceea ce am vazut si simtit cat am stat acolo. Micul dejun nemaipomenit! Camerele foarte mari si curate, foarte bine gandite ca aranjare, cu view extraordinar. As putea trai 200 de ani acolo! Personalul foarte politicos, zambitor, fericit! Tooootul extraordinar. Nu exista loc pe pamant mai frumos. Nu exista oameni mai primitori si mai frumosi la suflet decat ei.

An overall very pleasant experience. Everyone was so friendly and the whole hotel was just awesome. Everything was clean and we just felt so good in this oasis of peace. The food and the service was excellent and we are looking foward to coming back one day in the near future.
