The location of the hotel along a very pretty side street meant that it was very quiet and gave you the sense of being in the middle of nowhere rather than in the heart of what has become a very popular tourist destination. From the reception area, to the rooms, the verandas, the pools and yoga area and the hotel restaurant, everything has been designed with guest comfort and guest experience in mind. This was a return visit, having stayed two weeks beforehand between a visit to Pemuteran, and we were treated so kindly on our return with a personalised bottle of wine waiting for us in our room, which had been upgraded to pool view as my elderly mother had struggled with the stairs leading down the garden view room we had stayed in at the beginning of our visit to Bali. We have been to Bali many times over the past twenty years and this has to be one of the best places we have stayed considering how affordable it was. The staff are to be commended. They are all seem very well trained not only in their own roles, but give a sense of being aware of the importance of guest relations. The restaurant menu is incredibly varied and healthy and room service is available. Unfortunately we didn’t get the chance to try the spa, but the spa menu looked incredible. Even our driver to the airport made the last 90 minutes of our time in Bali interesting with his lovely chit-chat and insights into how Bali is evolving. We would definitely stays here time and time again.

The view of the pool was amazing. The room was very big with a nice view on trees. The staff was amazing and organised even a drive to several viewing points. What we really liked was the situation, you can easily walk to the monkey forest or to the shops

The hotel is perfect!! We absolutely loved our stay. What a beautiful and special place! It is so relaxing, comfortable, has amazing views and the facilities are great. We stayed in one of the bedrooms with the private pool and the bedroom was incredible. The room was so comfortable and really beautiful. The staff members are so nice and kind and they really go above and beyond to make sure you are having a great stay, they supported us through our whole stay and we are very grateful! The spa facilities are wonderful and we had an amazing massage. We had the best time there and will certainly be back!

An overall very pleasant experience. Everyone was so friendly and the whole hotel was just awesome. Everything was clean and we just felt so good in this oasis of peace. The food and the service was excellent and we are looking foward to coming back one day in the near future.
