The room was very clean and comfy (tidying done daily). We stayed there for several nights with our 3yo daughter. She slept well👍⛰️in the room.. Also the location was great, close to a city center and also to the mountains and foot and bike paths. The owner is very nice and kean person willing to help. We come one day later because our daughter was sick and there were no problem at the hotel, moreover we had a breakfast served for us, which was very appreciated after long journey. The breakfast were Sweet And Tasty, I enjoyed italian cappuccino a lot.

Great facility, two bed rooms, good matresses, and each with own bathroom. Very clean, with sufficient space, and well-equipped kitchen. Car park at the facility, and great outdoor dining space. Great neighborhood with friendly locals. Very good service from the owner and Giuseppe, the facility manager.
