I don’t even know where to begin. Lizi and her family were the most wonderful hosts. So warm and friendly and responsive to our questions. She told me all the best places to go for antique shopping and hiking to the channel. And the cottage was newly renovated and exquisite in every detail. From the large, newly built wardrobe to the medallions and light fixtures on the ceilings to the beautiful lighting in the kitchen. Even the path to the hot tub was magical. Lizi even had homemade bread and eggs and milk for us. We will never forget you. You made so many memories for us in 48 short hours. Come to Texas and I’ll roll out the red carpet for YOU next time. Situated just 3.6 km from Watermans Arms, The Studio @ Bridge Cottage provides accommodation in Totnes with access to a garden, barbecue facilities, as well as bicycle parking. This was 5 star accommodation! We loved the bathroom, kitchen and the bedroom. The attention to detail was spot on. It was extremely comfortable and cozy with welcoming touches and a view to die for. Very peaceful. Highly recommended.

Offering garden views, Wickham House Apartment is an accommodation situated in Fremington, 25 km from Watermouth Castle and 29 km from Bull Point Lighthouse. Very comfortable apartment with a very well equipped kitchen. The kitchen utensils and crockery were of a high quality which isn't always the case with holiday rental apartments. Tea, coffee, milk and biscuits were available to us on arrival which was a nice touch.

Situated just 23 km from Newton Abbot Racecourse, River Retreat Apartment Exeter - River Views & Parking offers accommodation in Exeter with access to a garden, a tennis court, as well as luggage... The apartment was spacious, clean and well appointed. A welcome packet of biscuits as well as tea, coffee and milk were waiting for us. The bed was very comfortable, as was the sofa in the lounge. The towels were nice and large. We were met by the host and given a quick tour but, had she not been available, the keys were in a lock box and there was a list of need to know information in the lounge waiting for us. The river view was great and it was relaxing to watch the swans and ducks on the river. If I need to return to the area, this will be my go to place to stay as it really was lovely.

Each cottage was clean, comfortable, well equipped and welcoming. The outside area was ideal for our children, including the park and football area. Zak and his wife were so friendly and helpful it made our stay perfect.
