Located in Annecy, 36 km from Rochexpo, La Perle du Semnoz provides accommodation with a spa and wellness centre, free WiFi, a 24-hour front desk, and a lift. this is nothing short than exceptional .. i have been to too many places.. i rate this at the top and i still wont do justice to it. hosts have outdone themselves.. everything is there ( literally everything is made available) .. old town is 10 min walk

Many things I like about the place. Location is close to town centre. Owner was super responsive with queries. The room was v cosy and well equipped. we did cook a few meals and even did laundry. A fabulous apartment with views of Lake Annecy, the space has been very cleverly modelled with the low roof bedroom in the roof being the perfect place for the kids to sleep! The living space is a great size and the kitchen has a big fridge, dishwasher and plenty of space to prepare food. The shower room is cleverly designed with a washing machine too and the freestanding bath was great for the kids.

Great location! and you have a dedicated parking spot, which was super cool! The apartment is very nicely decorated and the view of the river from the kitchen window is captivating! can take up to 6 people, big "backyard" with a chair swing, and an outdoor dining area, and a nice chill/ sitting area. Oh and a great plus was the dish washer and the washing machine. I think it was less than 8 minutes by car to the lake :) Boooook ittttttt ^^

Let's start with the exceptional staff Alexandra Almas as well as Yvonne were charming and extremely helpful The apartment was large, bright, 'super clean' good quality kitchenware Matress was perfect with luxury quality sheets and plenty of towels We loved the balcony with it's privacy looking out on a lovely garden The elevator was a plus the easiness to use the thermostats and the quiet of the building made our stay so outstanding that we are planning to return again next year Pringy is very close to Annecy and I don't think the location could be better It was just PERFECT
