The location is very central that we could walk to all major sightseeing places including the train station. So many great restaurants near by! The apartment looks exactly the same from the advertised pictures. Communication with the host is easy & prompt. Self check in & out are easy. The apt is newly renovated, nicely decorated & very comfortable with a functional balcony. It’s spotlessly clean. Coffee, tea, olive oil & water are all a nice touch and convenient to have. Room service even being provided on our second day there. My husband & I love the place.

Everything was wonderful. The location is perfect for exploring the city, but in a quiet area. The apartment is exceptionally clean and the bed really comfortable. But, the best thing about this place is the hospitality from Angelo. He is unbelievably warm and helpful, from offering loads of recommendations, to facilitating a late check in, to finding economic transportation to the airport. We felt very cared for in our time in Palermo, which is a great gift. We highly recommend this apartment. Thank you Angelo and Francesco for the support. Good luck with everything.

We stayed in the blue room and everything was great: the rooms are well decorated and very clean, the bathroom is spacious, there is a small but very charming balcony overlooking the street, and you even have shared kitchen and dining facilities you can use to prepare your own food. One thing to emphasize as it is not intuitive for any Italian city - the room and the street were very quiet, which in combination with comfortable beds meant we could rest well after a long day of exploring Palermo. Apart from this Alfonso is an awesome host, he was super helpful and very responsive, gave us a lot of very good advice regarding where to go and what types of food to try and even welcomed us with some well needed water and strawberries. The room is centrally located, in a very nice area with some very good dining options right nearby, good bus connections to Mondello beach and about 15 minutes walking to the historic centre of Palermo. All in all a perfect stay and would gladly book again even for longer instances.

From pre-check-in to post-check-out Stefania was patient and enthusiastic in giving us advice and recommendations for restaurants and attractions. The fact that there were sockets on the beds was very handy and even disposable slippers were provided. The room was exceptionally clean and the bath water was great in terms of strength and temperature! Especially romantic was the bathtub on the balcony . Wines and drinks coffee and very good breakfast pastries were also prepared.

Host was super helpful and caring, we do miss the attitude and supplements of the flat had - now that we are in Catainia. Everything was in 11-17 minutes walking dsitance, the attractions. Supermarket Conad almost around the corner. Car was also comfortably parked at Orlando parking house, walking distance of max 10 minutes. Dont expect to find any parking on the street, busy always;).
