The location was amazing - I had a view of Mt. Fuji from my room. It was the perfect relaxing retreat that I had in mind.

The host is so friendly and helpful, and he speaks good English as well, which is a plus! The ryokan was very clean, comfortable and kept us warm. We also had delicious breakfasts made by the host, all of our group enjoyed it!

Great hospitality and communication with the stuff, who knew English. They are really trying to go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The room was big with a view to Fuji, the location was near the lake and public transportation. A nice traditional onsen.

You feel as if you’re visiting friends! The rooms are traditional, comfortable and clean with lovely yukatas and jackets to use around the facility. The food is wonderful! Such huge attention to detail. As westerners, we had to go into the meals with an open mind but everything was delicious and the lovely host helped us with some videos on how to eat certain things. The staff are incredible, they’re so kind. We had some problems with our bags being left behind in the UK and the lovely host couldn’t have been more helpful with the problem. He so suggested plenty of things to do in the area that we hadn’t heard of. So great!!

Everything was amazing in this place. Very traditional Japanese house and all the amenities are great! You have to try the ofuro… magnificent!!! The hosts are an old and very sweet couple! They’re super kind and amazing people. Please don’t hesitate to come here is absolutely worth it!!!

Big space room, fantastic view, spotlessly clean hotel. Staffs were all very friendly and efficient. Food was amazing. Everything was perfect.
