Hotel Hochsteg Gütl ligger i Ebensee och är en idealisk utgångspunkt för utflykter till de historiska byarna Hallstatt och Bad Ischl. Very friendly staff atteded every request that we had. Excellent breakfast. Spacious rooms, well decorated and very clean, each with a balcony. Beautiful garden and swimming pool - so much that we wanted to stay there all day. Very nice traditional restaurant for dinner. We will definitly come back..

Located on the shore of Lake Traunsee, with direct lake access, Das Traunsee - Das Hotel zum See is situated in the centre of Traunkirchen in the Salzkammergut, 10 km from Gmunden. Beautiful hotel at a great location. Very nice interior everywhere. The breakfast was really nice, and the dining area outstanding. My room was clean and cosy with a lovely view from the balcony. I would have preferred a little cooler indoor temperature though.

Just 1,000 metres from the Toscana Congress Centre and Seeschloss Palace, the Aktivhotel Wildschütz in Salzkammergut was renovated in 2015 and offers quiet rooms with flat-screen TVs and free WiFi and... Photos of cows :) also great sauna and breakfast.

Offering panoramic lake and mountain views, Seehotel Schwan is located directly on the main square in the centre of Gmunden, only a few steps away from the shore of Lake Traun. We liked tremendously the view on the lake from our bedroom and to be able to walk along the lake. The staff was friendly and the room very inviting with its balcony.
