Last night, my wife and I enjoyed a romantic evening at the Copthorne Lakeview Hotel Dubai, Green Community. I want to share my sincere thoughts. Upon our arrival at the reception, Ms. Gen kindly upgraded our room to a premium one situated by the lakeside. Everything was impeccable - from the hospitality to the tranquil location away from the city hustle. It was an incredibly cozy and relaxing spot. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for both couples and families. Undoubtedly the finest choice in Dubai.

Loved the pool and beach area - there are several pools. Staff are lovely and go above and beyond for you. We were upgraded to a larger room with a view of the palm from the street side. They have really thought through what to include in the room, such a face cleaner and toned; a speaker system; and a really comfy corner balcony sofa that you can relax on.
Lovely hotel, not the typical Dubai crazy luxury style, but a very relaxed hipster vibe instead. Clean and well maintained, super welcoming and helpful staff, nice and comfortable working spaces, great restaurant with delicious food on the ground floor (best carrot cake ever!). Great value for money, would definitely stay there again.
This hotel was absolutely stunning. My wife and I spent our 10 year wedding anniversary here, and the hotel manager surprised us with an upgrade to a beautiful suite with a gorgeous view onto Burj Khalifa. Conclusion: Stunning luxury rooms, very kind staff, beautiful views and a truly tasty breakfast. 10/10 I would come again.
Everything was just amazing! Starting the locations up to the cleanliness level of the room. The service of the staff in the hotel was extraordinary, they were care about anything that you need all the time. The feeling of staying there was great! The vacation was our honeymoon and the hotel upgraded us to a luxury room with a gorgeous view to the centre of the city and the Burg H’alifa! We are very satisfied!
beautiful room with great bathroom and comfy beds. there was a big conference on so we got an upgrade into the club floors next door. Breakfast was delicious, just what we needed after a long flight. As was the check in experience, we were so tired and Norton was lovely and made everything easy and relaxing. We also used the pool in the club building. it was v clean and well designed - space for (short!) laps and for splashing
