The lodge is ideally located and close to all the restaurants and shops. We received such a warm welcome from Jaco and our stay exceeded our expectations. The rooms are comfortable and is equipped with all that we required for our stay. The staff are friendly and eager to assist. This is definitely a place to return to!

No problems/loved everything - note: More stairs than typical place but this would not keep me away! Just something to note if you have issues or arent very mobile.

The service by all staff was exceptional; you felt welcome & the place was kept in good condition. I really enjoyed all my interactions & was sad i couldn’t have breakfast there every morning (because of our scheduled activities) - but they went above & beyond to pack us something which came in VERY handy!

The backup generator didn't run from 9pm till 7am. The bathroom was a bit tired.

Good location, easy walking distance to restaurants. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. Beautiful gardens and pool. The breakfast was excellent.

The fact that all restaurants closed at 9pm. Most were closed on New Years Day.. Quite a few people were turned away on the day.

Loved the trip to Cape Vidal. The most memorable moment was the boat cruise to see the hippos and crocs.

Great facilities and hospitality . Staff wonderfully friendly and helpful willing to go the extra mile. We stayed in the family room which is one of the best we’ve holidayed at with 2 separate very spacious rooms, separate bathrooms (sparing us the kids mess!) and an interleaving door. And must mention that the breakfasts were delicious!

We were woken up once or twice in the morning by our neighbors making a noise outside our room.

The owners and staff were exceptional. Thank you Lidiko Lodge for such a great service, we will definitely return in future.

This lodge is better suited to couples and small families, the rooms are very close together and large groups spoil the time for everyone by taking up all the pool area spaces for majority of the day, talk very loudly late at night and keep slamming the side gate which was right by our unit. The lodge is great we just wish the larger groups were more considerate. This is to no fault of the lodge but larger groups definitely put a damper on the experience.

Everything was incredible from the lodge, to the staff, to the owners, the food and the room. What an excellent experience in St Lucia. Breakfasts were A+ with so much variety. Zandile, the morning concierge was absolutely lovely, so helpful and always smiling. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and spotless. The owners are the best, both are super friendly people and are so willing to help regardless of the request. They offer in house services as well like laundry and you can book any st lucia tours directly with them. They are a wealth of knowledge. We loved our stay.

The photos of the place are not even making justice to the place as it looks more beautiful when you see it life. I would however request the chef to reduce the amount of oil when cooking and rather boil or steam some of the food

The host wow . Both husband and wife were amazing . They treated us like they knew us from long . They trained their staff so well and they know how to treat customers . Breakfast was amazing especially the fruit salad .

Booked 7 rooms for 12 adults and 2 children for the weekend. Booked double beds for everyone. On arrival, the receptionist was confused regarding the double beds and couples ended up with twin beds pushed next to eachother. Room had dirty walls- the dirt was too high up for a person to have caused it so there were clearly monkeys or something in the room before and the walls had not been cleaned. The headboard was extremely dusty and i woke up each morning with severe allergies (allergic to dustmite). The breakfast was mediocre at best- previous reviews said the breakfast was excellent but nobody in our group agreed..it was just average. I had booked out almost half the rooms in the lodge, and there were maybe only 2 other rooms that were booked out. All of the rooms i booked out were surrounding the pool and therefore my family decided to swim at night. Bear in mind that there were absolutely no visible signs or rules that were communicated regarding the times that the pool could be used. We were just having fun and not drinking as an 11 year old child was present. Apparently there was 1 'irate' guest that couldnt deal with the noise, so the male OWNER showed up and instead of just asking us politely to keep the noise down, he screamed at us and acted aggressively. We apologized and left the pool area afterwards but we were all extremely shocked and upset with this behaviour. Clearly this is what the owner deems as appropriate behaviour. In the morning, the OWNERS wife approached one of my family members and asked him to apologize to the other guests at breakfast, which he did. Because of this treatment from the OWNERS we will never stay here again!! Plenty more places in St Lucia with way better value for money (have been coming to St Lucia for years).
