The rooms were lovely, beautifully decorated and spacious. We loved the little courtyard making it feel more private. The restaurant has a lovely feel and pretty views. All the staff were super friendly. Loved the coffee!

The “family room” is actually a whole apartment! It was a pleasant surprise, we had thought the beds would be in the same room, so having two separate bedrooms was a very nice surprise. Staff at reception were great.

Responsiveness could improve. A few of my emails went unanswered, I switched to reaching out via WhatsApp and messaged there were unanswered, but through page calls it went smooth. After booking I received an email directing me to turn right at the petrol station and not left, as the road was closed. But we figured that the message is probably outdated as the left turn was available and the easiest route.

The location was great. It was close to all the necessary facilities. The place is clean and smells fresh. It is well kept.

There are a few things that need some attention that will make the stay even more pleasant. The entrance at the main gate is a bit uncomfortable, especially for us who has a much lower profile car. The bathroom and especially showers need a privacy door. There were no chairs available in the rooms as well as the common areas.

Tents, location, and views were amazing. The hot tub under the stars was breathtaking, and the food baskets were delicious.

There was no one to inform campers of the ground rules. Our neighbors partied until 3 a.m. two nights in a row, making it feel like we were in the middle of a trance party. The drunken behavior, including screaming and breaking glasses, was unbearable. We ended up leaving a day early and were not refunded for the inconvenience. While the scenery is stunning and the tents are wonderful, the lack of camp management leads to excessive noise that drives away the wildlife.

Sharing toilets is a nightmare my partner couldn't even use the bathroom. The pictures on the description don't match with the actual rooms. . The rooms are small and the service is a nightmare.
