Gym didn't work, lack of intertaiment, no swimming pool bar.

Great minus is that if you have sea side room view, it is the side of the pool, and when a lot of people in the pool with children in the morning the windows are not helpfull and u hear everything

The door clock malfunctioned. Although the staff promptly tried their best to fix the problem, it took a while to solve the problem.

The hotel room and bathroom is dated. Could use freshening up. Everything looks a bit tired. Breakfast buffet was busy on the weekends and barely any tourists during the week. Fruits were tasty, the rest was so so.

The Oceanview from our 4th floor balcony was amazing. The grounds surrounding the resort are beautiful and well kept. The swimming pool was large and clean.

Breakfast was too crowded. Your seat could be taken when you go off to get more food.

Very good for a family or people who come for a 2-3 days stay to relax before their Vietnam tour holiday . There are two pools which you can choose. The garden grass is so fine and smooth. The receptionists were very helpful. Though their English was poor, at the end, problems were sorted out with their trying.

the staff was a bit grumpy, breakfast if there are little guests has to be ordered, and they should check the area of changing rooms around the pools cause it’s disgusting (don’t check it yourself!!!)

the swimming pool was great, spacious beautiful rooms, great breakfast on first day (buffet with a lot of choices), cleanliness and aroma of the place, beautiful garden and well kept beach, view from the balcony is stunning

The resort lobby public toilet entrance with different levels floor design, and didn’t mark any caution signs for guests. This really doesn’t meet the safety standard for the public liability, that cause two of our trip members felt over at the toilet entrance in a darkness, especially one of them was the elderly, his injuries was getting worse on the next day, and he even couldn’t walk properly right now.

Our duvet cover had spots on them and the room is not tight so expect some mosquitoes. We only had to stay for a night to go on a sunrise jeep-tour and unfortunately for us there was a big party for a group that evening. They took the party with them to their rooms surrounding us, with loud karaoke and guitars, and we had to call the staff three times before the partying somewhat stopped. The staff was friendly but really didn’t do much in order to stop the partying, which resulted in us going to sleep at midnight and having to wake up again at 04 am. We got a verbal apology for the inconvenience so no discount or compensation. The staff does not speak English - and if so only a little.

Watching all the plants and flowers were so relaxing. Walking on the green soft grass and the compound was super clean。 The buffet breakfast was abundance and we are so happy to wake up to this quiet relaxing beautiful grounds。

The gardens and grounds of this resort is exceptional. We were so relaxed and well rested on our holiday。

Only on the third night I was there I got some mosquito bites midway through the night. Not really the hotel's fault though.

Worth the splurge. Delicious buffet breakfast but be warned that it changes each day. Room was extremely spacious and comfortable with a nice view of the pool. A lot of spots to sit and lounge about by the pool or beach.

Loved everything

Bed was huge and super comfy. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Still very quiet due to recent covid and I had the whole pool to myself every day. Right on the beach, so daily swim was great. Breakfast was great. Many options. My room was on the top 5th floor, amazing views and sunrise!

only single bed! they don’t have queen or king! they put two single beds together to make it a king size! I don’t think it’s proper for a nice resort hotel.
