Stayed for one night and started off our travels on Ha Giang Loop! Great price for the night, amazing drive for four days. Highly recommend our guide Thang! Did everything to help us have a good time :) we also booked the sleeper bus with Peter and everything turned out exactly as we agreed. Definitely recommend!

I thought the room service is 2 days 1 time, but I notice during our 3 days stay, there’s no any room cleaning service is taken place. But the room initially is clean enough so I’m still satisfied

Do your self a favor and stay away from this place!!! The receptionist was very rude from the start. At the start we booked 1 night from booking. When we wanted to extend are stay they wanted to give us a room with a price that was higher than what booking showed &we had to talk to the receptionist for like an hour just to get the simplest room they have for the right price (and when we said we wanted to leave, suddenly the boss accepted to do for us “a discount” but!!!! we had to pay in advance for all of are staying) About the rooms- The ac was very bad and when we complained about it, they got to the room without telling us for fixing (a few times), and we couldn’t use the room. In addition to that, the rooms were very very smelly (we moved two rooms), And unfortunately we had to move from this place and pack ur stuff while they were fixing the ac& didn’t let us pack in privately :(((( Very unwelcoming receptionist, the guy did the bare minimum for helping us🤧🤧
