This is a hidden gem. Just book in and try it. The staff are lovely. Amy is the star, she is director of all things and if she isn't manager she should be and be paid top rates. Love you Amy. We were a large family group 8 adults and 6 children and we had lovely rooms, lovely breakfast, laundry attended to, help with walking tours, anything that we asked for they had a lovely reply with happy smiles. Close to everything, or if not, taxi at the ready for a very small price. Walking street close and good eateries. Thankyou for making our stay in Hue wonderful.

Climate control could have been better outside of the rooms and lobby. At times you were waiting for an elevator in excess of 5 minutes during busy periods as there is only one elevator for all guests and staff, and you can easily start sweating in the heat of the day before even leaving the hotel. I had lost the keycard to my room, and happily agreed to pay for the replacement. The only issue being that once lost, every time I wanted to access the room, a member of staff had to accompany me to let me into the room. They should in truth have spares that they could have programmed.

Staff at Hue Serene Palace Hotel were wonderful - super helpful with suggestions of where to visit in Hue and also helped organise a private driver. Sarah in particular was amazing!

We loved our stay at Hue Serene Palace Hotel! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, & our view from the balcony was beautiful. The staff are warm, welcoming & very accommodating (they made my partner fresh ginger tea for his stomach whenever we asked). We loved our breakfast each morning, must try banana pancakes! The location for us was very convenient. We would happily return and stay again. Thank you for having us 🙌🏼!

the facility inside room is a bit old, there is room for improvement. But overall clean and quiet.

The hotel is inside a narrow lane and I couldn't spot the name signage, which created a bit of confusion, otherwise no complains at all.

The hotel is excellent, all the necessary amenities are around... Laundry, massage, restaurants. The breakfast served is also awesome. Staff are super friendly. I would definitely recommend the place.

Very friendly service. Helped us with laundry and booking a train. Room was excellent. Great location, close to the lively part of town but far enough away for a good night's sleep!
