Clean and spacious room, all amenities included. The young lady is super friendly and welcoming and can speak a very good English. Bike and scooter rental and laundry available on the spot and also tickets to onward destinations!

The owners switched off the power in the room every time I left, so I couldn’t leave for instance, the power-bank to charge while I was outside, which is a mild inconvenience; plus once in the afternoon the owners were all napping, also with a baby sleeping with them, so I did not want to wake them up, but that meant having to stay without AC. Despite the great value for money, staying in this room requires some adapting: from the occasional gecko walking on the bed, to the bathroom without shower curtains, ….

Very helpful owners, they arranged a taxi at a competitive price from the airport to the hotel, and for the way back they helped me book a bus transfer for an even cheaper price. Location was excellent. Room was comfortable and fairly clean

Some minor points - The wet bathroom is a little tight - shower and toilet are right next to each other. The room is more old school style, so don't expect modernity. There is no kettle in the room and there is no lamp for reading.

Riverview room was very spacious and bigger than it looks in the photos, with a large window and a clear view of the canal. With the rate I got, it's great value. There is a desk to work at and Wifi is adequate. The location is perfect for Hoi An - 15 minutes walk to the centre of Old Town, but it's in a quieter neighborhood. Much better than staying in the old town itself, which is very crowded with tourists and touts and costs are double for everything. Please be aware this is a family home - there is a baby and several young children living in the house. Was not an issue for me, but there are times where there isn't complete quiet.

The location is a bit far from the old city, but it's not too bad.

Lovely and very kind host. She helped me with patience with everything I needed, and even when I asked her many times to book a bus for me and kept changing plans she was always diligent ☺️

There was quite a lot of mold on the bathroom walls. But again.... Based on the price we paid to stay there it didn't really matter.

The staff was super friendly and helped us with bookings, getting us very good prices. They also arranged a cab ride to Da Nang airport. They were super responsive on whatsapp. The location was great. Very close to the old town center and far enough that we would have some quiet time in the evening.

Everything was just perfect, location , staff, view, wifi, and cleanliness was what you call pristine clean. I have seen the Wifi speed at other places in Vietnam taking a hit during evening hours but here it was perfect.

Great stay in Hoi An. Very friendly family and clean, comfortable accommodation and good location for all of the attractions. We felt the host could promote her range of services a little more because once we had prompted her she was able to arrange laundry, tours etc including a wonderful motorbike tour from Hoi An to Hue. I would definitely stay here again.

Helpfull staff. Daugther was ill and wend to the hospital. Taxi was callt and after that the helpt to arrange a re-visit to the hospital in HCM. Nice room and at waking distance from the old centre.

Great Homestay in the perfect location right next to the old town, and all the bars and restaurants. Spotless clean. 10 min drive from the beach. The owners and family were absolutely lovely from start to finish, and we felt very relaxed and at home. Would highly recommend to anyone going to Hoi An

We had a wonderful stay here at this family home, very helpful and friendly people! We rented a motorbike for the day very easily, nothing was too much trouble. Room itself was very large and comfy. Great location too, overall brilliant homestay!

In the mornings kids were loud, but on the third floor it didn't bother that much with earplungs. They said kitchen can be used any time but there was sleeping people so I didn't feel that confortable to use it later.

Location was really good, quiet but close to center. Riverview was nice. Family was helpful and kind. Balcony was really good. Room was nice size.

Some ants in the room, specially in the bathroom. Couldn't keep the towel there because in few days it was full of ants. Also the bed was really hard.

It was close enough to the hustle and bustle of Hoi An while still being very peaceful and relaxing. We loved spending time with the family that runs the place. They are kind and warm and welcoming. The room was clean, well-decorated, and comfortable. The bed was HUGE! Great view of the river. Very good quality motorbike rental- it was the best scooter I’ve ever driven. If I come back in Hoi An, I’ll absolutely stay here again.
