Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Amazing place to stay! 2 bedroom apartment perfect in everyway! Enough space for everbody. Big living room, big dining table. Great kitchen with everything you need to cook and clean. There was a sponge, coffee, dishwasher liquid, detergent for the washing machine... The apartment was super clean. Nice terrasse. Quiet. Perfect! Free access to the pools, mini golf, arcade... We had so much fun! We could have stayed way longer.

The amenities were awesome. Me and my daughter and her friend had so much fun there was tons to do without even leaving the property. It was very convenient to have the poolside bar that served food and slushy’s for the kids and adult beverages. We loved playing at the arcade and playing mini golf in between hanging out at the pool. The pool was very clean and well kept as well as the entire property.

United States of AmericaThe arcade room didn't provide enough entertainment and the movie night was by the pool which the weather was too cold that night for that. The chairs in the living room were a little too uncomfortable to really settle in for a relaxing time for family night
It was a pleasant stay. We enjoyed our stay and time. We expected a lil more from the facilities far as the arcade room and movie time but other than it was ok. The only real problem we ran into was the time spent at the presentation of the other facility. They elapsed our time way over than that was told and inconvenienced our schedule for that day. We were upset about that.

The place was great. There are plenty of things to do at the resort or sight seeing in the area. All the pools were fabulous. I would definitely book here again.

United States of AmericaThe room for the king size bed was a bit cramped. Our hot water for the shower never got hot really and we did have it serviced. The unit was nice but just cramped with the furniture. No space to store food . We had a one bedroom apartment so maybe other units were larger. No restaurants on site but a Cafe with limited menu. Apparently this was a timeshare resort so didn't realize until we checked in.
Amenities were nice. Pool; indoor and outdoor, hot tub, fitness center, tennis and basketball courts, movie cinema. Location close to most everything. Lovely grounds and landscaping were well maintained. Bedding was nice. Small kitchenette. Liked having tub and shower. Clean and staff helpful and friendly

There is an on site games room, all free, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi. We came to sight see but if we had more time we could easily have spent a day here

United States of AmericaMy wife said the bed hurt her back. The couch was uncomfortable. We were at the indoor pool and there were a bunch of kids (12 and under) who were at the pool without supervision. The concierge was a bit sales to get us to do an informational tour.
We loved the free arcade. The kids had a blast. The size of the bed in the kids room ( we think it was a king).
