I didn't like the water being cold at night. I would come in to take a shower and it's cold until you call front desk. And I paid 5 dollars for a can soda. Then someone told me it was free. They should have a area for smokers. If your gonna have smoke free rooms then you need a smokers area. They said I would have a mini bar but I didn't. Other than that it was a great stay. Nice for couples and friends or business.

I like the decorations and the rooms are nice but don't have people over unless you don't mind them being able to see you pee.lol... It smells so nice and clean. It was a nice stay everyone is so sweet.

We were unable to stay at the hotel even though we had a reservation due to them being over booked. Staff was not particularly friendly about it either. They said they had arranged an alternate hotel, the Embassy Suites, and told us to walk their with our bags. It was a 9 min walk in the cold. They should have provided transportation. Also, when we arrived at the other hotel, they had not reservation for us and were not very accommodating. We had to fight with both hotels to eventually stay at the Embassy Suites - which was really not a good experience.

Beds were uncomfortable, false advertising rooftop bar, no rooftop, it’s a club that anyone can go to and you have to pay to go to it even when you are staying at the hotel, loud window cleaning at 9:30am and room was never refreshed and had to chase down a housekeeper that didn’t speak English and didn’t understand me to get towels.

The bathroom sink has very little space for two people to share the bathroom. They put us in an accessible room and the shower had no door at all and only a hand held shower. It was freezing!

The staff was utterly unhelpful. They offered to move us to another hotel after overbooking and then botched the reservation. Plus, they offered no help to get to the other hotel with our luggage. They also delayed us. When we needed temporary bag storage, they offered to hold out bags while we went to a meeting and put them in a disgusting janitor’s closet.

I did not like that valet parking was the only option. It took forever for us to get our car each time. The first time, we were brought the wrong car. If valet parking is the only option and costs $44, the service at least needs to be better.

Honestly there's nothing that I didn't like.

I came here for a staycation for my birthday and the staff and everyone was so amazing. You will definitely fall in love with this decor and I hate I forgot my bathing suit for the pool. But everyone was so exceptionally professional and kind. I was given the most delicious macarons as a welcome offering. I hate I forgot everyone's names because they were just so lovely to encounter.

complimentary coffee was never filled espresso machine in room didn’t work no lights in the bedroom except bathroom area and only dim lights in reading area. so when you had to fo something at night you couldn’t see very well. stayed for two nights on second day housekeeper didn’t come to clean my room even though I specifically asked them to.

Shouldn't have to pay to park there, the rooms cost enough especially after taxes and the $250 incidental deposit, Valet should be included.
