Lack of communication & no management: activities always started late or times were changed without notice: hot tub & fire pit broke: had weekly barbecues that you had to wait 45 minutes for food—extremely disorganized.

Crowded pool. People claim chairs early by leaving their stuff on a towel and then you never see them. It was a little frustrating to show up at 10am and have no where to sit. Especially with kids.

Great facilities. Laid back - Lots of older, retiree's which was great for our family with small children. Get to the pool early to get a pool chair!

Units are very dated no dish rack. Although the pool was nice, you couldn't get a chair or lounger any day. people were lined up before the pool opened to grab loungers. Not nearly enough pool facilities for the amount of units.

When I checked in the man was not very good at it. The extra blanket for the pull out sofa was very very old. I didn't use it and went to Walmart to buy a new blanket. The pictures in the ad do not correspond to the actual apartment. So I thought I was getting a pool view in the balcony...I got a parking lot view. Make sure you read the fine print. There are two doors to get into your apartment. The hallway door says building number followed by the room number and the A and B. But no one explained this at check-in. Once you figure out the technique to get the key card to work you get through the first door and find yourself in a small corridor and two doors one is A and one is B. You need to use your key card again to get into your apartment. You have to have a special technique to open the doors and I had to figure it out...over several days. Initially your key just doesn't work. There's no salt, pepper, coffee or tea. No basics...so you have to go buy everything! Even hotels provide coffee and tea. Plan ahead and get basics so you can relax once you have arrived. It's questionable how much they truly clean the pool.

The apartment was spacious and very clean. The staff was very accommodating. Check out was real easy.

Opened up sofa bed to make and found large quantity of food crumbs in bed fold.

Requested a 7th floor room after first and 2nd of three stays wasnt available. Kitchen good

Had room on 6 level one under top. Room above dragged furniture until 2.00am very noisy from above. Air conditioning very noisy, pull out sofa bed not very good quality, booked for 3 adults but no bedding for sofa bed.

Nice pool complex, good shuttle service to nearby shopping centre. Kitchen reasonably equipt.

Booked a Deluxe King in Sep. 2022. Booking was confirmed. Found out the day before my travel that the reservation was cancelled without my knowledge, allegedly because my Credit Card was invalid. Resort did nothing to resolve the issue. I had to scramble to rebook but got an inferior unit (Queen with no kitchen) for $200 more. Oddly used the same credit card that they said was invalid. I guess they didn't help me correct the original confirmed booking in order to make me book at the higher rate.

Areas of improvement. Need more chairs around pool. Elevator in osprey building broke for 4 weeks. Need new pool towels.
