Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The person who checked us in was very very friendly. Every time we came in contact with her she had a big smile and was so kind. I notice she was like that with all her guest.

United States of AmericaI travel with a service dog & have paperwork to prove it. I typically pick pet friendly places to stay just to make it easier. They say pet friendly. However, I was not allowed anywhere near the breakfast area with my service dog. Which happens to be in the lobby area, so I had to speed through every morning to take her out. Plus, I was not allowed to grab breakfast, which was part of our stay. We had to get breakfast elsewhere. Employees were very rude about it & made it very clear I was not welcome with my service animal.

United States of AmericaThey said that my room was canceled on Sept 26, and being that I booked through booking, it makes me not want to booked through you again. I feel like Booking canceled my reservation and because the hotel was booked up anyway, it was no lost on their part.
The check-in staff was great!! For some reason, when I tried to check in, they said that my room had gotten canceled (not by me), but Miguel reinstalled my reservation and gave me my room back. We saw him every morning, and he was always pleasant.

United States of AmericaWhen we arrived it looked like one of the beds had soiled sheets and pillow case so we had to request a clean set. The wash cloths were paper thin and the hall carpets especially the one in front of the elevator, need cleaning and vacuuming but beside that everything else was great.
The afternoon dinner on Thursday was a added bonus as well as a hot breakfast every morning. I enjoyed the pool table but didn't get to enjoy it as much as I wanted because of having to share with other guests. Love seeing the grills and firepit but did not get a chance to use either.
