The bathroom would benefit with some more storage options .

Perfect location - its a short walk to powels book store and some of the best breweries in downtown. We got a suite which was spacious , quiet and the front desk was very helpful with all suggestions for a short stay . Also loved the wine happy hour :)

Would like an in room coffee machine. Don’t want to come down to lobby at 2am for coffee/ tea when I can’t sleep. Due to a very loud noise somewhere outside. Not the fault of the hotel.

Has been updated recently and looks very nice. Very clean great upbeat staff

Great Place for a City Stay!

The parking garage is first come, first serve and it was full by the time we checked in. Luckily the front desk staff had a couple of other nearby garages to recommend and it worked out being cheaper to park a couple blocks away in a public garage.

The location is perfect. Centrally located to great restaurants, Powells's, and other fun stores. We got a complimentary room upgrade too, which was super exciting. The wine hour from 5pm-6pm was a nice bonus.

A breakfast, included with the room would be nice for those days you get up early, and the excellent local eating places are not open yet.

The ambiance of the hotel as it was built long ago, yet updated to modern conveniences inside, give it a certain charm that's hard to replicate. Staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect being in the Pearl District of downtown Portland.

Staff very friendly and helpful, gave us an upgrade to a corner room, which was very nice. Good location, close to Powell's Books and many restaurants close by. Comfortable bed. Five minute taxi ride from train station.

More detailed cleaning around edges and behind furniture. This separates a good hotel from a great hotel. Also might help with the smells as you open the door to your room.

That we didn't think to get the late check out.

Location, rooms, amenities, the view! Solid walls didn't hear anything or anyone else. The food, bars, and activities are endless. It will become our go to when we are staying downtown.

One of the best and believe or not, cheapest hotel, we ever stayed at in USA. Perfect location, in downtown Portland and one block away from the well known, Powell’s City of Books. Nice room with a beautiful bathroom. Parking garage paid extra, but it wasn’t so much compared to other hotels.

There was missing silverware from the kitchenette; housekeeping should have caught this and corrected it before I checked in. The nonstick skillet is very badly scratched, and not healthy to use.

We didn’t know about getting a room key to open their garage so had to drive around a bit to find a public parking and then walked to the hotel to check in and get the room key. Also, the elevator needs maintenance soon, it had noises and kind of jiggling going down. And their cafe is not open on Monday and Tuesday! I’d have loved to try their drinks!

Great location, right at the city center. Within walking distance to different places and also very close to public transport stations. The check-in and out process was smooth. They offered a garage for $32 per night, which was under the basement of the hotel. You would need to park in front of the hotel to check in first and then get a room key to open the garage door on the other side of the building. Overall, very good price!
