Hot tub not working correctly. (Half of the jets not functional.) pool towels very old, ratty.

From the second we walked into the door, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was more than large enough for our party of 4, clean, comfortable, and really charming. We instantly felt at home. The location was central to everywhere we needed to be, and the heated indoor pool was a huge plus when the rain ruined our plans one day. We will definitely be back.

It didn’t have ceiling fan in the rooms or living room some times you want the air to circulate without the AC

The location and the way the room way set up for two people and the view from the room we where in and the receptions was awesome.

There isn’t anything I didn’t like about this property. The A/C was not working when we got to the room, however, maintenance came within minutes of reporting the issue to the front desk, even though it was after 8pm. We were offered a different room since repairs could not be completed until the next day, but we chose to stay. By the time we returned the next day, the repairs were made and they A/C worked fine the rest of our stay.

The room was spacious and beautiful, the walk in shower luxurious, and the beds were very comfortable. I was thrilled that the space lived up to what was pictured online. I would absolutely stay here again.

There is nothing we didn't like.

Mainly the convenience to golf courses, Historic Williamsburg, and restaurants!! And the comfort and cleanliness of the property. Loved having a washer and dryer. Thank you.

Very reasonable, great for a family retreat or a couple couples to share. We went off season so I'm sure the prices were a bit lower for us than during prime season but very nice place. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back with another couple since our rental was large enough for 4. The full kitchen was great even though we are out allot this time.

My son hurt his foot because a broken drawer fell on it cause swelling so he couldn't do much but he loved the pool staff came quickly with bandaids for bleeding

Parking was very crowded in assigned lot. Pull out sofa didn’t have blankets to accompany sheets. Master bath wasn’T cleaned to my liking; sink had spot, trash under sink wasn’t emptied.

The beds were not comfy. The location has a checklist of items they want you to complete when you checkout such as; placing all towels in the bathroom, stripping the linen off the bed, and others.

The activities available were a welcome treat. The activity center had a lot of fun activities available that were either complimentary or for a small fee.

Even though I paid for my stay up front the hotel refused to take my bank card through Chime bank for the $150 security deposit that was frustrating. The pool is great but the water was very cold. On the day of check out house keeping came by 3 times way before 10am which is check out time to ask if we were leaving and one time they even opened the door without knocking.

The hotel was located close to lots of restaurants and close to Busch Gardens which was the purpose for our trip. It is well kept and the kids loved the pool.
