The stairs were a challenge, but we loved the 3rd floor view. It is and older unit, but again well maintained and stocked.

The view and location. The condo was extremely well equipped with everything needed. The staff were very helpful and friendly .

The pool area was closed two out of the three nights we stayed. Main reason why I booked at this location was for the pool and hot tub. Also we stayed in the Waterfall in Love room. Great room but unless you have a blow up mattress I wouldn't say it comfortably sleeps five people. The couch is a pullout sleeper sofa and the chair also lays flat for sleeping. Just be advised if you have more than 3 or 4 people that it may not be the best sleeping situation

It has a beautiful location. Nice and quiet but we went the last week of September so it's the off season. I appreciate that they have quiet hours so you're not hearing people running about. The private beach access is easy to find. And the kitchen was nicely stocked with spices and cooking utensils. All in all we will definitely be staying again.

Parking was very limited and hot tub had something gross in it. Only having one thing of coffee grounds in the room.

Couch and floors dirty. If I could have gotten the vacuum cleaner to work properly I would have cleaned the place myself. I did sweep which helped but it needs a good vacuuming. Also no hot pads to pull food out of the oven, no plastic wrap or foil. If I had known I would have brought my own.

For the price I paid I was unhappy with the spring mattress on the bed. It hurt both our backs. The fact we had to find parking on the street because it was full. The tv remotes weren't working properly. The cable remote wouldn't turn on the tv. To many remotes needed. And no ac or fans. Fans there were two small to help. And the game room was boring.

I really liked the front desk lady. She was helpful and nice. And the cleanliness of the room. View was awesome. And room was cozy.

I didn’t like that the only way to lock the doors as you’re leaving is to make sure you push a button it’s kind of hard to remember sometimes especially when you have your hands full with three kids! LoL I also didn’t like the fact that we had no room service of any kind but you had to do all of our own laundry and everything else when they had a maid service coming after we left anyways. I don’t get me wrong. I’m all down for Alvin pick up after ourselves, of course, but that was just a little too extreme for the price, and having somebody coming to clean it anyways!!

you need to get elevators, I was only able to get the type of unit I wanted that was on the 2nd floor....stairs are quite difficult for me. beds were just okay, I prefer softer and cushioney

Kitchen needs: scissors, oven mitts & hot pads, kettle to boil water for tea, cookiesheets. Fireplace not operating. Could use a nice shawl for breezy balcony.

Great view and beach access. Wonderful bed and linens. Pool and jacuzzi. Two bathrooms. Great pool towels.

the parking wasn’t appropriate for the facility. there should be at least one spot per unit available and there isn’t which leads to families have to park AWAY from the facility and walk with young children to and from. I strongly dislike that. The bathroom shower also leaks bad.

Unfortunately the game room was closed, and the pool could of been a bit warmer.

Amanda greeted us and helped us with a few things she was very kind and friendly, the room and location was very nice.
