We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

New ZealandI read the reviews and thought I knew what I was getting into. But I couldn't handle the dirt and we check out early and stayed across the road. Learnt my lesson looking for a bargain.
Location to Knotts Berry Farm. Large room had third bed separated from main room. Lots of room for luggage in separate storage area in room.

United States of AmericaI had extreme difficulty checking out because of their archaic method for securing a deposit for the room. They basically collect $100 cash money not credit card not debit cash, and put it in a box with your room number on it that they go back to when you check out. Well, when they went back to the box to find my deposit it wasn't there. So they had to call whoever was authorized to release money to me to cover the deposit. That took over half an hour and I nearly missed my plane because of it. All the time it seemed like I was being treated like I did something wrong rather than them having a screw up but they couldn't quickly fix. Other than that the place was good and the bed was very comfortable :-)

United States of AmericaThe environment. I was scared. Sketchy people all around. Cops were on scene. Very noisey location. Prostitutes walking in parking lot. More like a druggy party motel. You can hear everything. We didn't sleep good cause someones car alarm kept going off. Our room was dirty like stains on the walls everywhere, dirty sofa. Dead roach. I wouldn't stay again. If your doing a day at Knotts and need a place to crash then it serves it's purpose.
How close it was to Knotts and the price. The gentlemen at check in was nice. Also the maid left us more towels, toilet paper and a blanket without us asking. I loved that! I also like the fact that you can give a cash deposit.

United States of AmericaThe room was only surface clean. If you looked into corners there were piles of cat litter. The walls were covered in black scuffs and finger prints and the vents were stuffed with dust. My feet were discolored after walking on the floor barefoot for an afternoon.
The location was great for our plans.
