We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaWe needed a hotel that had a full size fridge, since we had our kids with us and they drink tons of milk. A full jug of milk doesn’t fit in a mini fridge. Btdt. So we gave up the appeal of a different hotel with an inside pool for this hotel with a full size fridge and an outside pool. The outside pool was great.It was nice that the pool was shaded from the hotel building in the evening from the hot summer sun. I was very nervous about the location of our hotel for our vacation. Didn’t want to be in a bad section of town. So we opted for this hotel even though it was further out location wise from other hotels closer to the sites in Wichita. It was about 20 minutes to Field Station:Dinosaur, the Aviation museum was about 10 minutes, and 20 minutes to the Taniwaki Wildlife Park with the awesome experience of petting and feeding animals. It was 15ish to the Exploration place. The hotel is right across the street from Target which came in so handy when we needed to grab impromptu meals and snacks. Overall it was a great experience. The only petty con was the door hinges and the toilet paper roll holder in the bathroom were rusty. Which is an easy fix if they wanted to change it out.

United States of Americawe were in room 222, and the shower assembly was loose in the wall, and there appeared to be mold on the outside of the tub along the floor. There is no ice machine on the second floor.
Super nice and personable staff. The breakfast choices and taste was extraordinarily good! Helpful location close to shopping and nice eating establishments.

I liked the kitchen within our suite. I like the spaciousness of the suite and privacy for each room. It was great that each room had their own bathroom & shower. There was a nice big, filling breakfast offered in the morning.

United States of AmericaThe breakfast left a lot to be desired. The coffee was cold everyday except for the last day there. If breakfast is being served until 9:30 it should be. 9:00 the floor was being vacuumed the mini waffle iron was turned off.
The front desk staff was extremely helpful & very nice. They went above & beyond in assisting me and my daughter. With my mother recently passing & her having lived in Wichita and the rest of us in North Carolina they were great to us.

We have been her for 3 weeks now and everything has been amazing. The staff is so nice. The rooms are kept clean. Happy hours on M-W is fun. Breakfast is great!

United States of AmericaYou could tell some things were a little worn, like the couch in our room had a rip on the back etc. But it didn't affect our overall stay or our willingness to come back.
The staff is incredibly friendly! We enjoyed the atmosphere and location. I remarked to my husband that it was one of the quietest hotels we'd ever stayed in. We couldn't hear the other room doors slamming. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable.

My husband watched someone buy something in a small baggy from someone else right by the pool. So that wasn’t very safe and made us thinking about what kind of stuff is going on in the hotel 🤦♀️😳
Have stayed here a few times have always enjoyed the property it’s in a good area close to the things we like doing.But this time something happened that has us thinking we might need to find another location to stay at.

Great for our two boys. Not as good for my wife and I. This is not a property issue but a booking.com issue.

United States of AmericaEverything. The person below us was extremely rude, she cursed out my children on the elevator, she called my room phone and cursed me out and called me racist names. The breakfast people was rude to my children telling them they have to be 16 or older to get something to eat after I paid $300 for this one night stay. This hotel is ridiculous and I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to stay here for an hour!
