The hotel is clean but feels rather old, it would benefit from a refreshement a lot. Breakfasts could have more protein-rich products (like cottage cheese and low-fat meat products).

Overall, a very peaceful and comfortable stay. The staff is very friendly!

when we arrived there was a sticky round soft cookie like item on carpet, we could not pick it up as very runny, told desk and they said it would be removed, by the next evening after a day out and about it was still there, and instead of complaining to desk, my husband decided to pick it up and discard, as it was a bit harder after cool air had blown on it. just wondered why the maid had not run into it with vacuum before our arrival. sort of strange, -- it was on floor near airconditioning unit.

Bed was ok as it was a bit lumpy but we were able to sleep. Unfortunately, the guest above us had extraordinarily HEAVY footsteps--like an elephant....but what can the hotel say??!! We "grinned and beared" it for 4 nights and the person then checked out! Thank goodness.

Breakfast was tasty for the most part and the staff were very helpful & friendly! We got the king suite which we liked as it gave us a feeling of roominess and not cramped in a small hotel room. We were able to get fresh air in the living room as the window was operable; however, in the bedroom, the opening of the window was on the side where drapes were drawn which defeated the purpose of air flow. Cleaning staff were exemplary!! Had a kitchenette which was great although we did not use it.

Traveled with my family. Everything was great with this hotel. Especially the breakfast. Lots of options to choose from and the staff (Alexis) was very friendly. Will book again when we go back to Seattle.

I, together with my family, had been staying here for 20 days. It's really like our home. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is good. The facility provides everything I need.We are very satisfied.

There were a number of stains on the carpet and the furniture is outdated and worn. Housekeeping did not come when the check in paperwork said they would. The breakfast is pretty sparse.

Troy was an excellent and helpful staff member. The parking garage was never full. The room was spacious.

Our room still had the previous peoples trash under the sink. Our shower had one body wash, two shampoos and zero conditioner, and the hot tub wasn’t very hot. However, all of these things our little things to work on, and I would not have mentioned it had you not specifically asked.

Emily at the front desk is incredible kind, even under pressure from not so kind guest. I don’t know anyone else’s names, but really all the staff was extremely friendly and kind. Breakfast was nice, evening social food was also fantastic! (The breakfast and evening snack bar is why I seek out stay bridge!)
