The only negative thing I have to say about my stay is for a few days I could smell weed in the hallway and elevator. And no hair dryer.

I was impressed by how clean my room was. All of the staff were extremely nice and professional. I also appreciated the healthcare discount. I enjoyed my stay. I had enough towels etc for my stay which was great.

The lobby was inaccessible at night and only accessible by appointment during the day. I'm not familiar with that area of Montgomery, but had the feeling that I was in a high-crime area based on the level of security in the lobby. The rooms were in great shape--not so for the hallways and elevators, seems they have not yet been renovated.

The room was clean, had excellent kitchen appliances, fresh paint, altogether a great experience.

I didn’t like that I couldn’t reach anyone from the hotel staff between 9p and 9a. My room didn’t have a shower curtain and I couldn’t even get one. Also, I didn’t like that the staff was saying assigned room numbers out loud, instead of just writing them on the key card sleeve for customer protection.

The facility was very nice. It was clean and quiet.

The floors were very slippery, the doors below the doorknobs were filthy and I was unaware that there would be no one at the “front desk from 4 PM through 9 AM due to it also being a long term rental property

I loved the experience. I just don’t like the very high deposit that is charged. It is $250.

Keya was awesome. I appreciated the way she made the check in process smooth and was very knowledgeable about policies prior to arrival. It felt like home for myself and children.

The receptionist was nice but there is room for improvement (stay off personal phone) while conducting business. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived but when we did get one the room had to be cleaned a little. But I will definitely stay Again!!!

check in service was unavailable after 7.. emails said 9.. i had to get and use a digital key the whole weekend which gave me issues. & also our room didn't have any extra toilet paper in it and no one was around to give us any so we had to buy some along with washcloths.

Unfortunately, the apartment next to ours flooded, which came into our living area. So after working in the hot sun all day, (110 degree heat advisory day) that was very inconvenient. It just made a long hot, hard day, much longer.

I had to request clean towels every day. The staff did fulfill the request, but I wish I didn't have to ask for towels daily. The elevator should be monitored more closely. Seeing that the rooms aren't cleaned daily, maybe providing a broom and dust pan to get up spills in between and more dishwasher pods. The weak internet service.

The space, having phone access to the staff after the office closes. The rates were excellent. The two televisions were an excellent feature.

All was well. The room, the laundry, and the patio sitting area was great. The key entrance made me feel as if I was in a gated neighborhood.

The location was great. We were surrounded by many venues. We only had to travel a short distance to attractions. We loved the apartment and will definitely visit again.
