Bathroom door stuck, Carpet drastically needed shampooing, and kitchen smelled like a sewer.

Rubin at the front desk was exceptional, as was Tammy the Head Housekeeper, and Yanni our maid. They were all extremely friendly and kind. Breakfast was nice.

Urine smell in carpet on first room, then Trash under bed in 2nd room upon check in. Sticky stains outside door of door on concrete. Toilet didn't flush correctly.

Bed and couch was uncomfortable. Onsite shop was very expensive considering there is a CVS in the adjoining parking lot. The shower backed up and squealed during the shower. Breakfast was disgusting -- dry overcooked scrambled eggs, cardboard sausage, room temp milk, lukewarm coffee. Pool was murky. Very large bugs on premises.

Eh. Nothing special in terms of extended stay hotels. Plenty of space. Staff was friendly. Good location.

Clean tubs, they never moved us to another room that didnt reak of smoke.

Breakfast was not ready at designated time, coffee nor hot water ready. We got bit by fleas, bathroom not clean, room smelled of smoke. Bad 4 my asthma

People hanging out in the parking lot at night. Also my wife had lady issues and asked explained her issue to one of the housekeepers and told them we needed new bedding came back to the hotel late that night with no new bedding. Had to call the front desk and then guy working the night shift walked it over for us.

The floor was carpeted and was hard to keep clean so we bought a vacuum.

Basketball court and area for dogs was fun.. The bed was amazing. The water was hot and stayed hot. Breakfast was so nice. 2 warm entrees cereal and waffles as well as breakfast sandwiches and bagels or toast. Juice coffee milk as well.

The bathroom in our room wasn’t super clean, and the sink didn’t drain well. Other than that, it was a really great stay.

Need to power wash the side walks outside of the suites. Turn off the lights on the basketball court, they were playing at 10pm and again at midnight.

The info on booking.com needs to point out that there are TWO Sonesta facilities within a couple of blocks of each other. Since we were on foot, arriving after dark, it would have been helpful to know it was not the same facility we stayed in a couple of months earlier. Nobody likes to haul luggage, on foot, in the dark to a vague destination "across the street, behind the pharmacy." If we had known, we would have been dropped off at the right location, and not had to walk... This newer Sonesta location has some rooms that are severely impacted by traffic noise, all night long. Ask for a quiet room.

The pool area was dirty that’s why we didn’t end up swimming a lot, there were gloves and mask in the pool and no towels out .

First, the internet was not good at all. No connection all week, which we needed for some work. Second, the people renting up stairs were to loud. Third, there are people wondering around the parking lot with meth withdrawals screaming & yelling freaking out people. The TV's are to small in the rooms for a big great room. The traffic was a bit loud. The grab & go meals were the same thing every day.

The spacious rooms. The price of the room. Convenient to reatauranta, eatery's, shopping mall, etc..

It's right on the street but there is nothing ypu can do about that. The tiles all moved in the bathroom. Internet didnt work most of the time but I disnt ask why either. It probably could have been fixed.

This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment really. Tons of room clean and convenient to everything. Front desk person was very nice and helpful. Beds were very comfy and larger then a standard queen. We stayed 5 nights so it was very nice like a home.

The handle on a bedroom door was broken. The carpet was DISGUSTINGLY dirty. Literally 5 minutes after getting children out of the bathtub, their feet were black from walking on the carpet. There were large dark spots in several areas. The large construction crew also staying at the hotel consumed the majority of breakfast foods and left a huge mess that no one seemed to be in a hurry to clean up. The hotel did not put out any additional food for the other guests. Even after being asked. The crew was incredibly noisy, late into the night then banging on doors at 5am to wake up people. The hotel did nothing to require loud individuals to be more respectful of all the other guests

it was dirty the day that I checked in it was filthy. It was the same filth. That was there. When I checked out, they never cleaned the rooms although you asked someone to come clean the rooms security was poor. It was not a good experience and I got sick from the breakfast they served. And some of the front desk staff was NOT very bright on the hotel procedure. It was like a hang out for drug use and homeless people..
