Only one wash cloth, the hand soap was very watered down in every bathroom.

We had trouble with the key code working and there was no key in the key box. Luckily one of our kids left the back door unlocked and we got in. We also went and exchanged the propane tank for the grill because it was empty and once we tried to use it the vavle was broken on the grill so it leaked propane. All in all we would stay here again.

We loved the space and location.

The property was clean, easy to access the beach across the street. Had quiet neighbors. Enough spaces for teenagers!

Found a roach and the couch that makes into a bed in the guest room was dirty. The sink wasn’t draining and food was coming up out of garage disposal and it wasn’t working.

The guest bathroom smelled like smoke so badly we had to call housekeeping twice. It’s a non smoking unit, so this is unacceptable. We had to buy our own air fresheners at the grocery. The ground around the pool could have been way nice and more kept. The walls could use painting, there were hand prints on the glass, and just general cleaning that could have been better. The walls were scuffed, and some cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom were off the hinges. The bed sheet in the master bedroom was way too small, and would not stay on. It just could have been way better.

No sheets for 1 of the sofa beds and no blankets for pull out sofa beds. No trash bags to put back in trash cans after taking out trash. Upstairs toilet kept running.

The master bathroom has pink and black mold all over the bottom of the shower in every corner and all over the bottom of the door. It smelled like mold in the master trash once I removed the bag. None of the mirrors in the bathrooms were wiped down and had spit residue behind the faucet. The person that cleaned left the laundry soap pods in the same bowl as the dishwasher pods. If I used the wrong one I could have ruined one of the machines. There were about two handfuls of sand in the dryer when I went to put clothes in. With no vacuum it took me a little bit to get it out with baby wipes. The only buttons on the dishwasher that work are start/resume and cancel. You have no idea what cycle is running or at what temperature. There are layers of dust in the bathrooms on the decor and other places in the house and on light fixtures that can’t be missed. The sink in the kitchen has smelled like rotten fish the entire time the water was on and the disposal switch doesn’t turn on. I don’t know what went down the drain with the last group but I was not about to stick my hand in to find out why it smelled. The bathroom with the tub has a broken shower head. It sprayed water everywhere up near the threads where it is possibly just loose. The head has pieces of plastic missing where the water sprays out though. The main issue seems that the person cleaning is missing a lot of stuff that is a basic clean and not even a deep clean.

The beds were comfortable and the location is not far from everything. There is a public access across the main road with parking.
