I don’t like how walking along the side of the front of tower 3 turns into a curb! I stepped down and fractured my fibula! No I was not drunk… I was work my family headed to the airport at 4:30 am. Had to walk closer to the gate because it was blocked off from cars to enter the roundabout towards the front entrance.

The interior is dated but clean so I could deal with that. Not being able to take drinks or any snacks of any kind into the pool and being charged astronomical amounts for a soda was a huge disappointment. The construction was a huge pain but that is temporary.

The space in the room was great. The view was nice with a small balcony but with no furniture. It was clean. Location to monorail was good.

The 2 bedroom apartment was actually 2 -1-bedroom suites with an adjoining door; not horrible just not as expected. There was an oven in the kitchen which was great; but they had no baking pans :( They were brought after we called; however, because the property is privately owned, we had to communicate with an offsite property service versus MGM personnel. We stayed a week and during that time there was no maid service or trash pickup; inconvenient.

Stripview Suites is connected to MGM's property so we never had to go outside to get to the convention center or concert hall!!

The small convenience shops that operate in the area are way overpriced, but that's Vegas generally so not the hotels fault.

A great apartment suite situated a short walk from the strip. No gambling machines or grubby areas which made it restful from the chaos of Las Vegas. Apartment was very big and comfortable, great for a few days stay. A short airconditioned walk to MGM so easy to get food and whatever else you are after.

King bed mattress needs to be replaced, it was seriously saggy in the middle.

Quiet, clean, no casino. Room was very big and nice. Great full size appliances in kitchen.

not enough food option inside our tower, wasn’t always a fan of traveling to MGM Grand for food every time I was hungry, but other than that I loved it.

love the balcony view and the bathroom of course!! I did like the fact that it was very close to everything on the strip, especially since it was cold outside all weekend, being able to walk to The MGM Grand without stepping a foot outside was everything for us.

The carpet and furniture is very dated. Place setting for 4 people is to minimal. Place setting for 8 persons is more realistic.

Room was very nice in size, location was convenient to walk to multiple interest points on the strip. Nice and quiet location but still in the heart of action of the strip.

property was more upscale than the average strip property. rooms were large well appointed and had a very nice view. nice that it was a bit out of the way but still close to the strip.

The kitchen supply were too poor... no knives to cut bread for example.. mini cups for coffee... only 2 envelopes of coffee for 4 people for 4 days... No cleaning products to clean the glass table... and the kitchen... If you want more towells, you have to.pay $15 They charged us $300 deposit, they return it between the next 14 days! They told us the return would be automatically... so... we are still waiting!

I like the apt... may be too 80,s... The view was spectacular but to the airport ...

they don’t provide any supplies or daily room cleaning in case booking was done via 3rd party. there must not be any difference if we book directly or via 3rd party. I saw only for this property.

that they charge u xtra for towels and amenities and a cleaning fee if need daily cleaning I feel like u should leave at lease a vacuum or broom xtra linen to change to your own bed etc

The suite needs updating. Living room chair was very old and uncomfortable. Pots are in need of replacement.
