It's not a 4 star hotel. We arrived at night and our room had no hot water. They changed us to a room that was flooded. After moving our bags for the 3rd time back to the initial room the solution was to take a shower in the flooded room and sleep in the other. They fixed the shower on the next day, and said that were going to offer us a better room but nobody said anything anymore and we were tired of moving. I was expecting something else for the inconvenient and also for the price. It is OK.

Location is great. Room is small but comfortable.

The parking is extremly expensive. The acess to the hotel is made by staires only and they are very slippery, they could adress this issue easly by applying and anty slip flooring, my girlfriend fell down because it is not safe. One of the staff members, the young man, at the reception was very rude, apart from that it was very good

Close to the beach and the main street The free beach gear they have for the guest and morning coffee

Upon arriving, one has to drag or lift suitcases up a flight of stairs to reach the hotel lobby. We are in our 70’s and it was difficult with no ramp available.

    - very clean room and good size - welcome snacks - valet parking, plenty of spaces available; a bit pricey but this are the prices in Waikiki area (in some other places it's 50+ usd per day) - close to shops and restaurants - close to Waikiki beach - water refill station (no flavour and flavoured)

I never quite figured out how to get the shower a consistent temperature. I could make it very hot or very cool, but I could not find the sweet spot of comfortably warm. I thought this could be an issue with the shower in my room rather than the hotel in general, but I never bothered to ask.

This hotel is half-block from the main drag in Waikiki and then one more block to the public access lane onto the main beach. It is fair to call it right in the heart of everything. With Aloha Steakhouse next door, what more can you ask? It was a great stay.

Carpeting was very dirty, old. Some areas even smelled, Needs new carpet. The pool area is a lacking, either needs rejuvenating or close it down. So small, only had four chairs. NOT as advertised, hardly anyone used it.

Excellent location, Could walk to almost anywhere in Waikiki. Good value.

It is so noisy. You hear so much noise from the street and within the hotel. It is unfortunate there isn’t better sound proofing because the location is great, it just happens to be across the street from a tour pick up location. So every morning 7 - 9am all you hear is the beep beep beep of reversing tour buses!! Also the elevator seems to be out indefinitely meaning only one operating elevator for the entire hotel. Not ideal.

Location is great, staff are nice

The room was very small. No view. Vents in the wall for cooling were VERY noisy. But if they were off it was too hot. Ear plugs didn't cover the noise. Street noise was an issue too. There was a pool on the top level but the noise of all the vents made it very industrial and not relaxing.

It looks good from the outside and in the lobby. The staff were super lovely. In a great area close to beach and shops/restaurants.

The rooms do feel a little small if you like personal space to stretch out your limbs and belongings. The remote for the TV was a much simplified one, without the usual "Guide" and "Info" buttons, if that matters.

Perfect convenient location to get to the beach, the International Market Place, Multiple starbucks (all virtually nextdoor or in the next 2 blocks). Quirky red lighting in the foyer and hallways, which made it easy to locate at night and made it very distinctive. The structure of the building is a little dated, as it becomes apparent when you look out at the balconies and railings. Although the carpet is new, the surface of the floor can sometimes be a little uneven if you stop to think about it.
