Great location in the center of South Beach! The room was big and spacious but it smells humid inside, not that good for my allergies. Still managed to had a great time. Last but not least, the room was perfectly equipped for the warm weather of Miami.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The **location is perfect, offering easy access to the beach and various local attractions. I loved the self-check-in feature, which made the process of checking in and out very convenient and efficient. The hotel provides beach chairs and umbrellas, which was a fantastic addition and greatly enhanced our beach experience. Additionally, the ability to prepare some meals in the room was convenient. there are some areas for improvement regarding cleanliness.

The rooms are a bit old and I really didn’t like the bathroom and bathtub in particular which are too old and dirty stained. The floor in mine was quite dirty when I arrived. This was solved the day after.

Outstanding location for an incredible price. At the end of the day it’s worth it for the price.

Cons: Doestnt have blackout curtains so light traspass the Venetians blinds Kitchen: Is a plus ,however doesnt have all what you need to cook.Just dishes and utensils .Nevertheless ,we needed a spatula and they provided .For us was enought to have breakfast at the facility with eggs and toasts ;) We were not provided with recipt from hotel due we book with booking.com and that is all what we get ,the confirmation.

Pros : Is all about location ,one street from beach and restaurants. Building was mostly quiet,even we were on backside of Ocean drive street. Overall we were satisfied.

Well it is not that I did not like it because I was expecting it. There is no reception service, you pick the keys in the room itself when you arrive. No staff there to receive you. Once you're expecting it, should not be a problem, only did not risk leaving valuable stuff on the room.

Spectacular location, very close to the beach and all you need, 5 minutes to bus to Miami center. The room was big and cofortable. clean, had a kitchenette, wich we used to prepare breakfast but had the required accessories to prepare meals. Nice tv and wifi. towels were changed daily I think. So all good, and a nice building too although old, but clean!. Good value for money as it is economic for Miami Beach, but had all we needed to enjoiy our stay as we did not go to stay in the location.

The bathroom needs to be refurbished.

The hotel is in a middle of everything. The heart of the Miami Beach, the famous Lummus Park is just around the corner. The room was very spacious and well equipped. A lot of mirrors and power outlets. We didn't hear any noise from the street. We used the kitchen every day, as the prices in restaurants are crazy. It is a great value if you stay for more than a week. Alexadro allowed us late check-in and also check out without additional cost. Next time will stay there again.

Needs a bit of care. Its an old property. Bad smell in the entrance area.

Whole building and rooms are outdated. Furniture is pretty old and needs an update. Bed was not comfy. Windows definitely need to be cleaned from the outside (you couldn’t hardly see through). Overall almost no possibility to relax in the room because there is only the bed and two chairs (although there is enough space).

A charming art deco building . Steps from the ocean . Quiet in a very busy area . Very welcoming responsive team . Spacious room . Comfortable bed . A kitchen with fridge is helpful . Everything working . And a tourist agency in the lobby . If you want to visit Key West or anything else - just ask for advice . And really good coffee places and bakery just downstairs

The staff were quick to reply to all of our messages over Booking.com. They also kindly let us check in early and late, which was greatly appreciated! The accommodation was centrally located, which made it easy to access both the beach and the trolley to get around. The room was older and nothing fancy, but it was clean, affordable, and worked well for our getaway.

Nothing really. For a couple of nights, it was a bit noisy, but it is expected assuming how close it is to Ocean Drive.

Value (it was the best hotel for the money); Location (literally 30 sec. from Ocean Dr); Kitchen with appliances (saved us some money); Owner is very friendly and helpful.

Bathroom needs refurbishing. Tap water tasted really bad even after running tap for long time. Poor quality toilet paper.

It was loud during the night but it wasn't exactly a hotel fault, Miami Beach is rather loud city.

Located near the South Beach and Ocean Drive it's suitable for all turists. Room was rather an apartament - which was even better as we could use kitchen facilities and full-size fridge. Hotel does organise trips - to Key West or Everglade. You can also rent a nice car with their help. There is a discount for the Guests, so it's a great deal.

No front desk, no phone in the room to contact anyone from hotel. I almost couldn’t sleep last night in the hotel due to very noisy guests next room. Unfortunately there’s nobody in the hotel who would help.
