We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaOnly one hook in the bathroom. If I’m not requiring maid service daily, please provide towel racks or more hooks to dry wet towels. There was virtually no place to hang wet towels. Also I was charged $30 extra for2 rooms $30X 2 = $60 extra

United States of AmericaFirst time with negative comments. TV didn’t work all weekend and staff was basically like “oh well, we’re having issue”. Bathroom needed a good cleaning and the elevator is one of the slowest I’ve ever used. Was unhappy with staff’s overall attitude, which is sad because we’ve always had such a great experience and have introduced countless friends to the hotel.

It was fun to be smack dab in the middle of Seneca Falls with lots of restaurants and interesting sights in walking distance. The bar was fun on a Saturday night. Live music and lively scene.

The bedroom was fairly small, you can hear slightly in other rooms and the carpet probably is slightly old. I have allergies that only play up when it's pretty bad, and sadly it was in this room.

CanadaCould use more water pressure in the shower, but it still was nice and warm. Suggest a way to keep freezer packs frozen. Although the rooms were a little small according to some reveiwers, they are still larger than some places you see in Europe.
Close to the wineries in the Finger Lakes and many eateries. Staff were very helpful and pleasant folks. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant had good dinner selections and the accordian music was pefect for listening and dining.
