Cook ware in the kitchen. Nobody uses metal utensils with metal pots and pans. Everything that was cooked sticked to the pots and pans. Horrible for cooking. Why not invest in nonstick kitchen equipment. No hand washing dish soap had to purchase our own.

The first room we got wasn’t exactly what I thought it should be based on my booking and the location was way too far down the hall for senior w knee and back issues; they did move us to the best option without hesitation all was good after that.

We were here last year and liked it so much we came back. The property is great, lots to do, pretty pool, great tiki bar eatery at the pool, staff is great, place is clean. Loved the fire pit and visiting with new people as well. And the sunset view phenomenal!

booked a suite for vacation w/my family. Every morning I woke up to the most beautiful view as I could see the beach from my bed. As there is a coffee machine in the kitchen, I was able to start my day with a coffee on the balcony every day and really enjoyed. The pool area is clean.

The security guard was rude. We arrived at 1:30am and he made it very difficult for us to get through the gate. We had booked our room online and didn't have a confirmation# and he said we couldn't enter without it. I eventually called the front desk who was very helpful. I have stayed here at least 20 nights this year and the security guards are always a problem. They are rude and make everything more difficult then it should be.

The room was updated and very nice. I wish the 1 bedroom suite had a king size bed, but it was comfortable. The balcony overlooking the pool and the bay was very nice. The cafe by the pool is good and consistent. The front desk staff were very helpful.

Maybe some better kitchen supplies and quality cooking supplies .. Cooking on electric heats up quickly . So it needs a good quality pan in close quarters also.

There were a few nights that there was loud music at the pool until after midnight. Room near us playing loud music at 3:00 am. The restaurant on the facility was good food but we found out when we got our bill that they were adding a 20% tip, on top of the tip we already left in their tip jar. Horrible people to deal with, worst part of our whole trip.

So here is the reason, honestly, why I didn't give 10 stars.... I noticed signs that said No smoking in room, naturally it's a non-smoking room but also the sign in the room SAID NO smoking on Balcony. Now I don't know about anyone else but I don't smoke cigarettes and have severe anxiety and am super depressed, the reason we go away every other weekend and we Love TAMPA, I smoke medical marijuana! I was smoking on the balcony and no one was around but a staff member who made it his JOB to hunt out where the smell was coming from. Now let me say I had just finished it and it was out but you could smell it a mile away I am sure, dispensary meds are thee BEST and pure! He actually comes to my balcony and points his finger ☝️up at ME to ask if I was smoking... He even tilted his head to the side to look behind the towel we had hanging out to dry to see if I WAS! DUDE I'M 43 YEARS OLD AND I HAVE AN I. D. FOR MY MEDICAL USAGE OF MARIJUANA, I SAW NO SIGN SAYING YOU COULDN'T SMOKE MARIJUANA! HOWEVER, HE WAS JUST RUDE ABOUT IT AND MADE ME FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE AND WE WOULD HAVE BEEN REGULAR VISITORS EVERY OTHER WEEKEND BUT THIS minor experience left me feeling like I wouldn't book again because he could have talked to me a different way or asked me politely I would have said yeah it was ME! I apologize if I broke some rule but I hadn't seen that sign in the room on the balcony door until after I was done and that's the honest truth!

The location is beautiful 😍 the SAILPORT had great views, food, drinks, staff and more! The premises has lots to do and people love it here and so do we! We shall return;

The rooms are very simple. comfortable, and clean but nothing fancy and it is easy to hear other guests in their rooms and hallways.

The hotel was easy to access from the airport. The front desk staff was pleasant, even in the wee hours of the morning when I arrived because of a delayed flight. The hotel property is older but has been well maintained and the rooms were very clean. There is a small convenience store for food in the front lobby.
