Smell from trash dumpster for a day was strong until trash pick up happened.

Waterview from room, pool and bar/drinks were excellent. Room was nice, shower, kitchen and living room.

I like having a pool and hot tub.

Location and view were excellent. I loved the 2 bedroom floor plan. The kitchen was a big plus, although, I did not need it during my stay. Next time I stay, I will stay longer.

The tub ceramic was peeling off and the couch was super flat and hard. The poolside could use a few more umbrellas and chairs.

The staff was amazing, super helpful and had a smile the whole time. The rooms were as shown, but a little tired. The couch was really flat and not comfortable. Room was clean and the full kitchen was a bonus. The onsite Bamboo poolside bar / food was good.

The beds in the one bedroom suite are full size vs queen. We prefer a queen but the beds were comfy so it worked fine for us.

This is our second time staying at this location. The room sizes are great and the location works well for us. It's a cozy place that feels safe and offers great views of the bay. We love the quaint pool area with bar/restaurant. Some rooms have been updated while others have not, but regardless, the rooms are very clean and well kept.

The only reason I gave 9 stars is it could use some updating. But even if that didn't happen I would stay there again.

The room was very clean, very functional. The view from the balcony was amazing we actually spent most of the time out there looking at the bay view the sunset was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again.

Room 220 is very dilapidated. The only good thing about it was the bed. It was very comfortable. Please update this room to keep up with the times. It definitely has not been renovated ever and still has 70’s decor. The food was very mediocre in the pool bar and grill.

The amenities were great! Loved the big covered parking area.

The unit that we had was very dated and had a musty smell. It could use some updating but it was very clean so couldn’t complain about that.

The location and the view was great for us. Our 2 bedroom unit was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We had Bay view which was nice to sit on the balcony and see the water.

The room was dated just a bit and musty/damp smelling. The couch definitely needs an upgrade.

The main shower has a leak on the shower head and the water pressure was terrible. This was only on the main shower, that master bathroom was fine.

The location was amazing as well as all the amenities including the small private beach, pool side bar, room size and kitchen. The entire family enjoyed it!

The property was tremendous!! We couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised. Beautiful areas to watch the sunset every night. The food at the on site bar/restaurant was very good and reasonably priced.

While I like the view of the bay, I felt I had an equal view of a parking lot. Not my idea of a bay view.

I didn't like how the pool hours close at 10 pm, especially on Fri/Sat nights. Should be at least 11 pm. The outside parking lot and surroundings were kinda messy and smelled like cannabis. And think a little update on the carpets and sofa beds are very well needed

I didn’t know we couldn’t swim in the ocean at the property. I didn’t know they didn’t clean the rooms daily. Only once every 7 days and we only got one towel for each person to last that whole time. No broom or cleaning products to clean ourselves. I wouldn’t mind the 7 days if I had a way to do it myself. Or had been made aware beforehand.

I liked the relaxed vibe, the pool, the restaurant/bar, parking, fire pit. Food was good too. Loved that the pool was heated

The main bedroom had a wet spot outside of closet, the kitchen cupboards were tacky to touch as were the fridge and oven doors. Not very clean. It is out dated but livable as we were outside mostly.

The location is quiet and grounds were very well kept. Pool area was very good.
