The small room/closet with an air conditioning unit made noise all night long. It was loud and made it difficult to sleep

There needs to be fast food and more restaurants around the hotel. The hotel next to the residence in had a restaurant but was pricey and the Southern chicken was not good at all. Also, need to have a variety of snacks. Water, popcorn , cheez it's, oranges.

The staff was friendly and the rooms were spacious. Hats off to housekeeping, room was very clean. Just a suggestion to management. Please make sure all balconies are checked for wasp nest. There was one on the balcony

Highly likely I will not use Booking.com in the future or recommend use to others. I accidentally booked our stay for an additional night, immediately realized it, and wanted to correct but was not allowed to do so, so lost out on one night room charge and associated taxes and fees. Got caught up in the FOMO of the deal and only two rooms left at the great price. Hotel adjusted my departure date but I did not get a refund. Honest mistake, but feel burned in that respect.

Room met our needs for three adults. Felt more like being at home than in a hotel room. Proximity to activities was good.

We have a list of what we didn't like: - the location -- it was promoted as a "river view", which it was not - the common hallway had a foul odor; as if the carpet was in desperate need of being cleaned - there were plumbing issues in the suite -- the tub backed up each time we showered as did the vanity sink each time we used it - the kitchenette was not well-appointed (insufficient cutlery and pots and pans0 - the trash cans and bags were tiny - the bedroom was cramped, as was the dining table - the snack table was tiny, as well; or needed a friend - the breakfast options were limited; particularly for people who don't eat pork

We like Residence Inn because they offer suites. We liked having access to kitchen facilities, a living room area, and two big-screen TVs. The hotel staff was welcoming and very friendly.

A little bit of deferred maintenance/ oddly completed repairs. A shuttle of some kind to downtown would be convenient.

The room has fixtures that need to be replaced. There was a broken drawer that the tv sat on, and the refrigerator door wouldn’t close all the way. Parking was tight when I came home at night, which was a hassle with my truck.

Overall, it was really clean and well maintained. The lobby was welcoming and I liked the Easter decor and the cookies were a nice touch. The pool was clean and heated which was nice since it was chilly. There were plenty of places to relax outside. It looked good.

We brought a 3 month puppy with us and was surprised to have to pay $100 fee which we were unaware of. The website did not elude to that. The air conditioning in the room was fair but we couldn't get it cool enough and it was set on 65. Overall the stay was good and would stay again when we return to the area.

Too many dogs and dog odors in this hotel. Many scents being put into the air in attempts to cover or mask pet odors. Parking spaces are a little narrow. Not enough handicap spaces. The wooden furniture in the rooms is very worn but acceptable. The mattresses are lumpy.

Location was good. The breakfast was pretty good. Room was nice. I loved the art pieces inside my room.

the property was clean and in a good location with a quick drive to downtown. we had two dogs and our kiddos with us as well. the younger kids enjoyed the pool, the older kids enjoyed the hot tub in the evening, and the dogs loved that there was so many good places to walk right across the street.
