they don’t like black ppl they treat us like we ain’t nothing the Man Dandy need to be fired cause he would not take my bank card because i was black so i did call corporate office and call BBB to make a complaint cause even the police said that was wrong

nothing they have a racist man name Dandy that is caucasian that seen my color of my skin and treated me with i was nothing wouldn’t take my id told me that i didnt book online when they lady that help me book online call him and i even tried to show him he refuse to help me i will never ever go to this hotel again i also contact corporate office to complain about there worker cause his lack of communication skills and how he treated me and then to call the police and lie and say i was disturbing the peace when i wasn’t he don’t want me on the property because i had proof in my emails that i book it online and then he say he can’t take my nave federal card and he tried to charge my card before i got to the property when it gives me the option on booking.com to pay at property or pay now i choose to pay at the property so why where he still tryna charge my card if he refuse to give me my kids or let me pay for the room and i have the screenshot from my bank account showing 4 differnt he tried to charge my card

They first room we were given was occupied and the people inside didn't like that we tried to walk into a room they were occupying. We were then given a room with nail polish on the walls, furniture, bathroom sink, floor. The manager Ruthie @ 3015678050 told me AND a booking.com rep I would be getting a refund (There are notes in my account to reflect that. But the rep stated Ruthie needed to send over proof of refund. So I've been waiting weeks for that.

I smell weed and parts of property were damaged . As soon as I walked in, I saw dirty blanket. I can’t believe they were expecting people to stay im such a condition.

The people that were hanging around asking random questions the size of the room the price was a bit much run down a bit doors looked bad some things needed work need do be fixed

The receptionist was arguing with several guests. There were many families with children. There was no front desk except for a small room with a window and it was dirty

One bed’s sheet was wet. A previous guest put a wet towel on it and it wasn’t changed. That’s what I think.

There was no remote control in the room so we had to go get one at the office. The air conditioner sounded like a freight train. The refrigerator didn't work.

The room was very clean! The bed was comfortable. In addition they supply multiple sockets and usb ports for charging devices. The lamps, night stand and even the microwave all had charging capabilities. This room was a very nice.

For it to be smoke free it definitely has a bad odor. The painting in the rooms is chipped up. The bedding is stained and the towels are too. The toilet sits beneath my calf muscles and the toilet seat was broken. The remote was filled with guck thank god for the mobile app to use as a remote. Overall horrible

The fact I had to wait in line in a small area to be checked in and no where to sit. I walk with a cane. The light fixture in the check-in in was dirty and had spider webs coming from it and I even saw a spider going up to the light. The was ok but the bathtub looked like it was not clean it actually had a ring around it. I couldn't sleep because I broke out on my left side of my body from either bedbugs or the material in the sheet or what you all clean your sheets with. I was happy to bring my dog but we could not rest because of the people or guest next to us making noise and making my dog growl . The a/c was not working properly. There is only one place to get ice from and that is in the lobby or late check in area.
