The internet connection in my room wasn’t good. The shower walls were peeling and the water temps were backwards.

It was affordable and close to home.

Was not clean. Used Clorox wiped on jacuzzi before using. The bathroom ceiling was dirty and the tiles were moldy. There was a dead smashed fly in the wall right beside the bed.

The room smelled like mold from the beginning of our stay until then end. We stayed 1 of 3 nights there and found somewhere else to stay that seemed more sanitary. I really felt like I didn't want to touch anything let alone sleep there. I'm not a germaphobe, but staying here would turn me into one.

the towels were old looked yellow instead of white and there was very little water coming out on the sink and shower head. and no room on the bathroom sink to place your personal items.

first of all, when we got here we found out that the pool was closed because somebody made a mess in it the night before and it wasn’t available to go in that day and then the next day we went to go in it at 1:30 in the afternoon and the water was cold even though they said that the temperature of the water was 82 and it was not no 82.

It was a lot cleaner than some of the other motels for the same place.

I was told it was a king suite with a hot tub! the room was run down, the bathroom was horrible the tub was falling apart I didn’t even want to step foot in it. and the hot tub was taped off! I guess the fact that warm water could go into it called it a hot tub but the heat and jets panel was blocked and taped off. the mirrors in the room looked like they had never been cleaned.

For my birthday all I wanted was 2 stay in a room with a jacuzzi tub I just relax and chill by myself my husband passed away in February we were together over 30 years so I didn't want to celebrate. I got the room here was going to do a quick wipe down of the tub and noticed in every jet nozzle was full of dirt and grime and looked like it had never been cleaned so unfortunately there was no way I was going to fill that up I'm soaking there with the Jets running. I was willing to clean it myself but it was too late for me to call the office and request cleaner a few other complaints I was in a smoking room but you can see where they never cleaned the walls. So when the steam hit the walls you could see where the nicotine brown stain was Dripping down the wall. Again I spent most of my stay here cleaning it up the mirrors were filthy the sink the nozzle was full of black goo and the drain hole in the front of the sink was also full of the black goo. Honestly I spent a lot of time cleaning instead of relaxing which was very disappointing I want to try again they told me Saturday they were busy but I could try again on Sunday for the same rate but I think I should get some kind of discount or some form of acceptable compensation I spent over $100 for the room only to spend most of my time cleaning also I forgot the refrigerator was dripping from the freezer and had black mold in it that I had to wipe out on the shelves and under the drawer. Also the bathroom tub shower there was a big mold spot above the shower head and the wallpaper with peeling down in a big patch

The jet tub looks so inviting I'm really really was looking forward to getting into it I was extremely comfortable in the room aside from having to constantly clean it I really didn't want to leave I wanted to say again but give them a chance to clean it but they said I had to wait an additional day

Urine on the sheets, we left the following morning didn’t even stay the 2nd day and received no refund. My son woke up with a huge rash and didn’t have it before we went t bed. The WiFi didn’t connect

The owner was rude, nobody answered the door for at least 5-10 minutes. A stranger knocked on my door early morning asking for a ride. It was scary for a single woman

This was the dirtyst hotel room ever. There was literally the poop of an former guest on the wall in the bathroom. Hairs everywhere. Horrible! The room Nr. 4 smells also very bad. It's almost impossible to breath.
