Bed could be more comfortable, breakfast was sustenance. Glad for the chobani yogurt to save the day.

Location was excellent, starbucks and gas station practically on the property. VERY clean room and building. No weird smells. Thankful there was yogurt.

There was one young staffer who clearly passed the responsibility of submitting a late morning checkout. He left it to the staff the day after I called in to request a late checkout. He told me to call in the morning. It turns out that he could’ve done it himself.

The free breakfast was GARBAGE!!! It was so plastic and processed, we could not eat it! Luckily food places are nearby we could just go eat somewhere else.

My family made a weekend trip to VA to take my daughter to Busch Gardens. Hotel was in the perfect location. There were a few eating spots in walking distance and we just took an Uber to the park to avoid parking there! The hotel was clean, the staff were very nice, and again, couldn’t beat the location for what we were there to do!

We came to breakfast 15 min before closing time but some items were finished, the breakfast room was closed exactly at 10 a.m. The cups and the cuttlery was for single use which we found not sustainable. Unfortunatelly it is quite common in the USA.

The hotel is in good location if you look for a place near Buschgardens, peacefull and green location, The hotel and rooms very clean, neat, nice staff. There is a coffe machine available in the lobby.

Lack of hand sanitizer in dining room. Using so many styrofoam plates and cups for breakfast and for coffee.

Only issues tub drain was slow to drain and to much light pollution in room at night from under door, curtains don’t seal out light well and leds on appliances and outlets.

My room had a funky bathroom layout. The sink was outside of the bathroom and right inside the entry door. I didn't like that anyone passing by, when I left, could see the sink. It was just really weird to me.

A very well-maintained hotel, clean and kept clean. Check-in was fast and easy, staff was very friendly and accommodating. One of the best sleeps I have had in a hotel ever. Breakfast was good, and everything was still stocked a half hour before it shut down. Great location within 15 minutes of a ton of stuff!

For such a nice establishment, the cigarettes butts on the outside of the building, took away from the overall score. Suggest posting no littering 🚯 signs or ban smoking around the premises altogether. Trash and liter will always subtract from the overall appearance. Yours truly (Ex smoker).

Breakfast was great and so was the location. I had a very pleasant stay. Will try to rebook at the same hotel when I come back up.

The coffee maker did not work. The Guide on the TV did not work. Do you know how annoying it is in a hotel for the Guide not to work? I was especially annoyed by the $100 held for amenities. There are no amenities at a HIE! That is the point. I paid $10 more for a Courtyard the night before, and everything worked. Plus they had a bar, a bistro and a heated pool. The HIE had nothing. I’ll pay the extra ten the next time and not have $100 on hold for nothing.

The property was clean and updated. The breakfast was standard, but the attendant was very efficient and sweet.
