The food was fried too hard and too pricey. No free breakfast!

Lazy pool and walking distance to the beach. Attractions were walking distance as well. Clean rooms.

On night one I saw a roach and hunted the whole week of visiting for it as it made me paranoid. Other than that the facility was well maintained and clean. We didn't make a fuss about the roach as we know you can't keep every bug out.

Staff and restaurant were great. The location was perfect and we were able to walk to most locations we wanted to visit. Plenty of things to do in the area and the pool area was great! The tiki bar was fabulous and the bartenders were great at their job as well.

We were approached twice after leaving the beach to head to the pool, being asked by staff if we were guests at the hotel. My husband and I had not even ad a chance to put on our our wristbands yet. The same young man approached my husband two days in a row, asking him if we were allowed to be there. I assume he sees many people and did not remember asking him the previous day? It left an unsavory feeling, as if we were being judged or not fitting the part to be guests. We paid $1700.00 for our stay. I assure you, we are guests. We just didn't wear the wristbands while in the ocean, for fear they would slide off. It did appear that most of the other guests did not use the beach, and perhaps this through everyone off that some hotel-stayer preferred the ocean over their amenities. Additionally, on ur first ight we decided to try the Riptides Restaurant. It was the worst restaurant we have ever eaten at. My son had a kids meal chicken tender plate and the chicken tenders came out dark brown-totally inedible. That was free with the purchase of our adult meals, but it made us seek out edible food for him after we left. My husband got a French dip that was as a hard a rock. You could quite literally bang the bread on the table and it would not break. My chicken Caesar salad was inedible as well. The majority of the lettuce was wilted, brown, and obviously expired. I ordered a pina colada that was served in what looked like a bathroom cup from one of the rooms. It was a thin, plastic cup with a lemon at the bottom. I have never know pina coladas to include lemons...? At that point we were ready to leave. We paid for a $100 meal and left starving.

We loved the view from our balcony overlooking the beach. The room was spacious enough and the shower had a removable shower head that was reminiscent to having the luxuries of home.

The rooms don't get cleaned very well. The waitresses were slow.

Great pool area, an awesome view from the room and a beautiful beach. Easy and fast beach access, kid's program and movie at night. Great atmosphere in the pool area during the day with rhe music and at night with the fireplaces. Uncomplicated booking.

Our fridge did not work properly. Upon arrival, the staff seemed inconvenienced because I had an early arrival time that the property agreed to.

We didn't like that parking was not free. Nothing in the booking mentioned a $15/day parking fee for anyone staying there. When booking, it did show an option for "private parking" for $15/day in small print. However, there is no "private parking" at this hotel. There is just one big parking lot in the front of the hotel. The fee was also not included in my total when I booked a room. I was only informed of the fee once we arrived. There were also no baggage carts available to take bags to and from our room. I had to wait for someone to finish using one in the parking lot and asked them for it.

The lazy river and pool were very nice. Good food and shopping options within walking distance, across the street. The beach is right outside the back door.

Charged for TWO Rooms, but I only booked one room. Refund offered but had to wait 3 - 5 business days. As this was their mistake, I should have been offered an IMMEDIATE refund, or other discount.

The carpet was wet in different places. Kept having to change our socks and use a towel to soak up whatever it was. The noise from a blower in hallway kept us awake.
