We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Excellent size room and staff was so friendly. The hotel was in a great location.

United States of America1.Very low volume of water to take showers (Mainly HOT water) 2. Got in room to find refrigerator door open and would not stay closed. So a guys came in and put a strap on it to keep it closed. 3. Hair dryer was broken and left in room and never replaced. 4. Towels they gave you were for babies and now adults. 5. Breakfast wasn't til after 9 6. Office was not open when I left after 8am

United States of AmericaThere were no curtains and people could see inside our room if they stood at a certain spot. The toilet did not flush well. There was two roaches found in the room and the refrigerator and light was not working. Only had one location to get ice and we were all the way in the back so that was inconvenient. We were given a room and it turns out it was the maintenance man's room. And the front desk did not apologize and had no idea and gave a different room and that one had the broken items and roaches in it.
The location was near restaurants for easy traveling.
