To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Glass elevator in the lobby. The pool is conjoined inside/outside which was very neat! Comfort beds in the large rooms.

United States of AmericaWe noticed when we checked in that it just seemed dirty. The hallway carpets looked like they hadn't been properly cleaned, there was lint build up along the baseboards, our shower head had a leak that sprayed directly out of the shower, shower had 2 gross ceiling tiles that had been wet (not the same location as the leak) and our room door seemed like it didn't latch shut properly unless you tugged really hard on it. Just seemed a lot more run down than it was a year ago.
We stay here the same weekend every year and it's location is great, staff is always friendly, and everything usually goes smoothly.

United States of AmericaThe hot tub and pool are definitely smaller. You can comfortably fit maybe 4 in the hot tub. The eggs served by the waffle maker, do not recommend, something was off with the mix or the taste but they were awful. (Might be better when you go) But for our stay they didn't improve.
The build your own omelet bar! Other breakfast items were your standard continental breakfast. The location to our event was right down the road. Close to shopping centers and the mall. Well lit parking lot.

United States of AmericaThe A/C couldn't be adjusted up or down. The bed next to it was also shoved against the A/C , against the wall and window so the air couldn't flow into the room. It was not possible to get comfortable to sleep.

United States of AmericaAlthough the room appeared clean with new bedding, it was also somewhat worn. The bathtub area appeared old and in need of fresh caullk. There were a few worn spots in the carpeting.
The employee, Esperanza, who checked us in was very helpful. She appeared to be the only one on staff that evening but she remained calm and capable even assisting us with accessing our television. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a treat - made to order omlets!
